Sorry women, this store makes you use the men's room! Guess women's restrooms are no longer a thing for this horrible place! I'm definitely contacting corporate for this ridiculous behavior!

Was in today 5-27-25 looking at fish and saw black moor fish and was excited because I had 2 for over 8 yrs. Found someone to help me. I asked for 4 she asked about my tank and only could sell me 2 , then if I had other fish and I saw 4 guppies and she told me no. So I put all my stuff back and walked out. I'll be buying them from Amazon now. I'm not a dummy I've had fish most my life. Won't be back.

There should be a no star review! I am reaching out tomorrow when they open to find out who the male is that worked 4/27/25 at closing! I have a video of a bird that was stuck in a cage for at least 15 minutes while we were in the store!! I watched the bird struggle for a few minutes, he could not get his claw out of the back of the cage. I approached the gentlemen he told me the bird was not stuck he needs to let go! I watch a few more minutes he is still unable to get down, a female employee approaches confirms the bird is stuck says to the male employee the bird is stuck! Gentleman opens the cage releases the bird turns to me and says he wasn’t stuck!! That poor bird would have been stuck for the night because a lazy employee refused to check on the bird!! He needs to be fired!!

Petco is the best ,the problem is, over priced products ,I saw a 50 dollar brush and exactly same model and brush on Amazon 11 ,I can't afford this and the stores mainly looking like it's not doing much business much I cant see how this can go on much longer
