“I used to go to Kohl's for our Amazon returns, until they got extremely busy since they included them with their regular returns. The longest we had to wait in Staples was maybe 20 minutes. The guy that usually handles our returns is so fast, nice & knowledgeable. Definitely recommend over any supply store!”
