“Thank you, Kim & Hilton! You are always kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service. I would give this post office 5 stars. However, I truly dislike that there is no Wi-Fi service, which makes it a nightmare when needing to access QR codes or documents online. It’s also concerning in case of an emergency when there’s no cell service. They have a landline, but what happens if the power goes out? I’d also love to see a self-service kiosk like other post offices have, especially for quick and easy access when there are long lines.”

“I had several financial documents that needed to be notarized on short notice, and I’m so glad I found Gordon Notary in Wind Gap. From the moment I walked in, Linda was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. She immediately put me at ease and made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless. She carefully reviewed everything, answered my questions, and had all of my documents notarized quickly and efficiently. During our conversation, I mentioned that I have young kids. Before I left, Linda surprised me by giving me a couple of coloring books to take home for them. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects the kind of person she is. Genuine kindness like that is hard to find. On top of the outstanding service, her prices are without a doubt the best in town. It’s rare to find someone who provides such exceptional service while keeping her prices so reasonable. If you need a notary in the Wind Gap area, I highly recommend Gordon Notary. Linda is a true sweetheart who genuinely cares about the people she serves. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable, and I’ll absolutely be returning for any future notary needs.”

“Throughout the year, I frequent multiple local post offices for business and each location has pros and cons. The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless.Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages.Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting!Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location.Great service here always!!”

“Such friendly service and professionalism. I wish this Post Office was closer to my home, then my actual post office. They go out of there way to help you and if they don't know the answer they will do there best to find the answer for you. Nothing like the post office near my home which is only 10 - 15 miles away.”

“Ken and Jo Jo were extremely accommodating and kind during busy season as I brought in tons of orders they had to scan. They communicated so kindly when I know it was a pain during the busiest time. Best experience at usps by far.”

“Easy peasy drop off location, like most drop off locations. If you print and attach your shipping label before you take your package in, you increase your chances of making just one trip to shipping location. Most places, although should print label according to most return instructions, they almost always have an issue no ink no paper, printer not working etc.. They just don't want the added cost. So print yours.”
