Standing in line before closing and they closed with us still waiting to pick up our prescription. Unacceptable customer service

ZERO STARS!We walked in to pick up meds my friends mother. LISA commented on how many meds we’re picking up, which was fine. Embarrassed at her comments, we both giggled and acknowledged it was. She REPEATEDLY commented on this and her voice got louder with each remark, to the point where we were both very uncomfortable. Seemed like she was judging his mother for taking too many medications. I realized that my friends mother (who battled cancer, trying to get through chemo, lost her RN job, is now fighting depression, anxiety etc etc) would’ve felt even less if she came to pick up her medications herself, so I told LISA how inappropriate her behavior was, seeing that she was neither the patient’s doctor nor psychiatrist. SHE THEN repeated herself “Well, they are a lot” instead of apologizing or acknowledging she was wrong. Long story short, Lisa, when someone comes in, greet, fulfill the order, close, and wish them a good rest of their day. You have NO RIGHT to make snarky remarks or comments on what they’re picking up and the amounts. You are NOT their doctor.

Waited over an hour for a prescription that was supposed to take 30 minutes to fill. Upon getting home to give my sick daughter her meds, I realized they never even mixed it. We waited an hour with rude staff, and they didn’t even mix it. An hour to be handed amoxicillin in powder form. Tried to call and waited on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up. Worst pharmacy BY FAR!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst CVS location I have ever been to. The employees and pharmacists are rude, it's impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone, and my prescriptions are never ready on time. I am a type one diabetic and need my insulin. I am now very sick and upset with this CVS. this is my last straw with them! DO NOT COME HERE!

Extremely rude pharmacy staff Everytime I’ve been there. Complained to it about my boyfriend in another aisle to get out my frustration and a staff member then butted into our conversation stating the pharmacy was confused. Cant even have a private conversation or complain without other staff yelling at us for their mistakes.

absolute worst customer service my partner and i have ever experienced . pharmacy tried to deny a prescription repeatedly before acknowledging they typed in the wrong birthdate . attempted to accuse us of saying the wrong date . eventually they solved the problem and we walked to a separate aisle to wait and vent to ourselves , where an associate interjected with a statement irrelevant to the conversation in an attempt to make us feel bad for expressing our frustrations . other minor issues but these were the nail in the coffin . store environment is by no means worth the exorbitantly inflated prices

Made an appointment online for 3 shots including my 2nd shingles shot. Printed out the appointment and shots promised. Arrived at E-town Pharmacy 10 minutes before appointment time and noticed only 2 customers in line.Young lady at counter said they could only give me 2 shots, requiring me to return later. Asked for Pharmacy Manager and noticed an older woman inside pharmacy angrily staring at me.Was referred to store manager. Again asked for pharmacy manager. Was told he/she was in Marysville. Asked for person in charge of pharmacy and was told to wait. WILL NOT RETURN AND WILL TRANSFER ALL RXs.

Entirely unhelpful and rude pharmacy staff. Came in the same day my doctor sent the script in, was told it could be days and to wait for a phone call. Call never came, so I just went in because I really needed my medication. They go to lunch from 1:30-2:00, and we got there at 1:15. Waited in line, get to the front about 1:25. The girl started helping me, but as soon as 1:30 came she told me it was lunch time and they were leaving, and I'd have to come back later. So I come back later, wait in line again, only to be told my insurance was accidentally deleted from the system. I wait in a different line to update my insurance, and the lady wouldn't let me check out at the "drop off" register. So then I had to go wait in line for a fourth time. Only to be told their chip reader isn't working and I needed to have a different way to pay. Thankfully one of my cards has a swipe strip instead of a chip still, but that was the most frustrating experience. My family will never return, and I'll be sure to tell everyone else to support a different pharmacy instead.

This CVS is hopeless. There's one nice pharmacist that seems to know how to help people but the rest of them are terrible. They hired some idiot for the weekends that wouldn't give me my medication because I have Medicare and need a pre auth. I wanted to put it through without insurance and they refused to give me my medication. This, after waiting over a month to have it in stock. They are bullies and discriminatory towards people with Medicare. If I asked for my meds and never told them that I had Medicare, then I'd have my medicine. See the problem? The pharmacist shouldn't decide who gets what. That's between the doctor and the patient but this place seems to think they went to medical school and can make better choices than the doctor. Idiot working the weekends, just a completely incompetent and terrible person at her job.

This is difficult. The reason I chose 4 stars is I've been using this pharmacy for 25 years. It has gone up and down with waiting, difficultly, frustration, waiting, rudeness etc. So in comparison the pharmacist and others working in the pharmacy are very good. I use the app to check for prescriptions, ordered, refills, status, dates, etc. I signed up for the texts to tell me when they are ready. I call to verify and request times the prescription will be ready. These are all good features that help you get your prescription on time. Doesn't guarantee but does help you not have to wait too long, however not everyone can use these features. They then need to use another, or even the phone system. I think the automated system on the phone is helpful to a point as it seems to cut down on wait times, but that doesn’t happen all the time when folks need or only can call for help. This location is not built to handle the number of people who need to get prescriptions here. The town is increasing in population which wonderful but this building cannot handle more people. We have to wait in line that goes in a row of products and you have to peek to each line to find it where the wait line is located. The waits are difficult, especially if the doctor didn't send the prescription in yet and you have to wait for them to do so with only a few chairs to sit. And one of the most frustrating thing after all the rx issues? No wifi, and not able to make a call, text, or anything in this building. It has been like this since I was a kid. It is extremely important that if there is any issue a person can call their doctor or anyone for anything! I have NO idea why it is still like this, but it has to be fixed IMMEDIATELY! PEOPLE MUST BE ABLE TO USE THEIR PHONE IN THE PHARMACY!This again is extremely important. For example, if someone is waiting in line 30-60 minutes, finally gets to the counter, gives insurance and ID info so they can look you up, and hey guess what, no prescription yet. The app and text says it is. You even called and they said it would be ready by 5pm and here it is, not ready. Why? Because your doctor didn't send it, or they just sent it in, or it was sent incorrectly, or the pharmacy had so many other rx's to fill they didn't get to it yet, or your insurance denied it so you have to pay thousands out of pocket, or they messed it up any other dozens of other reasons. And now you have to go outside to call to get it straightened. It's done, but now you have to wait in line for another hour. All because you can't make a call inside the building. I've been in this situation hundreds of times and it must be fixed immediately. It is just not even safe for us.Please get this fixed immediately. Don't like me immediately saying immediately so many immediate times of immediately immediately? Then CVS immediately fix this immediately.

I've never had a problem here but Yelp hours are WRONG. Saturdays they close at 6pm and Sundays are at 5pm. If you have a problem with that try going a little earlier. Pharmacists work long hours all day all week. There's only 1 working at a time and they deserve time off especially after dealing with the ungrateful customers from e-town. 50% addicts #Etown and the other 50% are unprepared disrespectful unorganized entitled individuals. It's also your job to verify your information for your scripts. Don't Rely on computer systems to do everything. And don't believe every word your doctor offices tells you about things being sent in like they do it right away ya right. It's sad how many people in this world feel the need to leave poop reviews without asking themselves what could I do to make this process easier for myself. If you don't like how a place operates suck it up and go elsewhere. Chances are ya don't. You leave a poop review and go back next month to get your amphetamines/opiates cause that's what runs E-Town is it cause you NEED them? Nah you want them more. How fun is that? Maybe ya shouldn't wait till ya run completely out of medicine to get more. Try skipping a day to prepare for an issue filling your script it won't kill ya. Lol

Really nice pharmacist and techs. Once, my insurance put a hold on a script and they advised how I could resolve it. Another time, my Dr. sent my script to the wrong CVS, so this CVS corrected the location and filled the script in 5 minutes.
