“Today was the first time I've ever used a laundromat. To be honest, I was very intimidated by all the machines and how they worked. I was greeted by Amy who was so kind enough to show me how the machines operated and which ones would be more beneficial for the size of my laundry basket. As someone who also works in customer service, Amy's customer service skills were remarkable and I will definitely be returning back. Thank you very much Amy and Highland Cleaners!”

“Plenty of machines to use for whatever size loads you have. Clothes all washed and dried fine. VERY CLEAN, and trash cans were all went tended to . Vending machine (with snacks and drinks) and a tv on site . My only hope was that they would have offered Wi-Fi since I had my kiddo with me and it would have helped with her tablet. Would definitely come back again. There are also a couple gas stations and fast food places within walking distance which is convenient .”
“8/17/25. Laundromat was perfectly fine unlike the previous reviews had stated. There’s ample parking and lots of machines to pick from. Don’t let the old reviews dissuade you from going to Dollys.
I used the large industrial washer which was reasonably priced. The driers worked exceptionally well on high heat, so I had to switch to medium towards the end. The floor was clean and devoid of trash. Change machines both worked.”

“5 stars! I’ve brought suits, comforters, and even my wedding dress to be dry cleaned here. Every employee I’ve interacted with is very friendly and helpful. My items are almost always ready before the time they said they would be and they have great hours which allow me to pickup and dropoff even with a 9-5 job. I would recommend this place to anyone.”
