“I love this branch. All of the staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Ms. Rita welcomes everyone with a smile and even remembers your name and your most common transactions. I honestly wish that I knew everyone's name to give them all a personal commendation for their excellent customer service, down to the security guard. It is also the friendliness and encouragement of the staff here that led me to open a Wells Fargo account, which has maximized the convenience of my banking needs. I would definitely recommend this branch to others.”
“Never a line but when you sit down and talk with a rep, there always seems to be a colleague standing over top in the conversation waiting in the doorway like a creep. For instance I'm talking to the rep and another banker comes in the office and stands there like a overbearing supervisor waiting to finally say " Susan needs your help", or they need signatures on paperwork that can wait till I'm gone. Bottom line is employees of this office should wait till the customer is done. Feels like your ganging up on the customer.”

Maybe the poor service of a single employee?
Whatever the reason, I didn't find any of those reasons for such a low review.
The employee that took care of us, Ms Jung, was extremely friendly and helpful.
I just wish they had a location in the suburbs, it would be so much more convenient.”
