“I love this branch. All of the staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Ms. Rita welcomes everyone with a smile and even remembers your name and your most common transactions. I honestly wish that I knew everyone's name to give them all a personal commendation for their excellent customer service, down to the security guard. It is also the friendliness and encouragement of the staff here that led me to open a Wells Fargo account, which has maximized the convenience of my banking needs. I would definitely recommend this branch to others.”
“The staff at this location are AWESOME!! They are warm and extremely helpful! Each interaction has been great! Thank you for being consistently professional but also kind.”
“This branch is amazing with abundance of integrity! Malissa and the staff found a mistake this week I made! When I called they were so happy and said we’ll be here waiting for you sir. I’m buying them lunch today but they don’t know it yet lol 🤫”

“I am surprised by all the poor reviews.
Maybe the poor service of a single employee?
Whatever the reason, I didn't find any of those reasons for such a low review.
The employee that took care of us, Ms Jung, was extremely friendly and helpful.
I just wish they had a location in the suburbs, it would be so much more convenient.”
