“Took my computer in because I had an error message about the fan, Nick took apart and saw that Dell left a piece of paper in the unit so thankful I did not have to send back to Dell, I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing a repair on phone or computer GREAT SERVICE!”
“I came on Dec 24th and thankfully they were open. I accidentally got some paint in the USB C charge port. They cleaned it out thoroughly (including other gunk that was in there), got my phone charging again, completed everything in about 20 minutes, and charged me $10. What more can I ask for? Great service, great price, won't hesitate to use them again!”

“Incredible! Came in for a billing problem that was never resolved for many months. The manager Mohammed came out and took the time to go over everything on the account. He checked for promotions and discounts, explained why our bill has been high for so long, and was actually able to resolve our bill issues.10/10”

I had gone to another AT&T store (grant ave) and was given TOTALLY FALSE information which caused me to ALMOST return the phone and just stay with Verizon but I walked into this store was greeted immediately and asked how could they be of assistance...so I proceeded to explain what was going on and they both assured me that the issue COULD in fact be resolved and in FIVE MINUTES fixed the total cluster F&$k the Grant Ave associate left me with ..if you want customer service with professionalism and from people who actually know what they are doing GO TO THIS STORE and speak to either Larry or Mohammed, you will NOT be disappointed..they know their products and they are extremely knowledgeable about services offered etc. THANKS to these gentlemen I chose to continue with transferring to AT&T and AT&T is very lucky to have employees that not just know what they are doing but also do so with friendliness ....”

“They were very helpful regarding a device that I had linked to my phone years ago. He had to call his supervisor to confirm that he could finish the transaction but I was okay with that. A co worker of his said it would be okay before but this guy had to check.”
“I was able to get the phone I wanted thanks to the GM Tony at 3236 Red Lion road. He went over and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I can't thank him enough for the effort and care that he put into my visit there. After countless calls to stores all over the city including New Jersey no one had the phone I wanted but he didn't let that stop him. He finally ended up locating another store outside the city that did have it. Tony then made the arrangements to go there himself and brought it back to the store for me the same day. He also stayed on the phone with First net to handle adding the phone to my account after multiple errors on First Net website kept happening. Tony fixed my bill that was done in error at another location while he was at it. Overall awesome customer service I couldn't have had any better experience than what I received. And might I add he did stay longer after his shift to finish everything.So thank you Tony for everything! Wish there were more genuine hard working individuals such as yourself in the world.
