“I know that this might seem odd, but 'my post office' (I do not own it) to where I live is outstanding:There is a very kind woman always there to greet you with a smile and kind words. I dropped off a letter and there she was greeting me with a smile and a 'very good morning to you sir '.That made my day! I left with a sense that someone cares...thank you my post office.I started walking to the door that led to outside. Once out, a big information board caught my eyes.It is filled with information from the 'good citizens of New Broomfield'. There is a flyer stating that they are having a BLOOD DRIVE, someone put a flyer saying that she/he lost their wonderful, wonderful little dog. There is a flyer giving out information to anyone who needs RECOVERY SUPPORT as well as needs answers on how to improve your health.Just as I was about to walk away, I thought about THANKSGIVING, I looked carefully and saw a flyer saying someone is selling SWEET POTATOES, and then I saw a flyer saying could you help the 'NATIONAL WILD TURKEY FEDERATION'. What can you say about that...thank you my post office!”
“The staff here is always super friendly, even remembering my name when I come in and following up on tracking issues.
The lack of a star rating is for the times I've come in to get my mail during open lobby hours and it's been locked! I was told they remain open from 5:(30?) am until 11pm, but I've been locked out as early as nine pm. I was told the system must have malfunctioned, but it happens enough that I try to make sure to go much earlier you access my mail.”
