“Went in this morning to talk to them and find out why my mail was delayed. Turns out the road was not accessible due to weather. But they had all of my mail and package sorted and ready to go. Justin was beyond helpful and very nice. By far the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a post office.”

“I called about a parcel that wasn't delivered and the tracking information just dead-ended showing that it left PGH but then nothing, it never arrived in Monongahela.... I called Monongahela post office to inquire about the parcel and a man (I think his name was Dan) answered. He didn't treat me like I was annoying him or wasting his time. He looked into the parcel for me and actually called me back with an update and told me he would continue to try to help locate the missing parcel. Super friendly and super helpful which is commendable when post-offices are often short-staffed and super busy. Stellar service.”

“I understand that sometimes mail doesn't always go to the right house and that things get lost but as a person who does a side busniess out of her home and is always at the post office mailing packages or needed assistance I have never had a issue. All the front counter associates at this location have been nothing but sweet, funny, kind, and helpful. They have saw me struggling carrying things in and helped. They have when I got hurt cared for my cut. They have when I was sick given me a mask. They have gone above a beyond.”

“Scheduled a passport appointment there for my son and they said there wasn't an appointment scheduled. The gentleman behind the counter said no problem we'll take of you. The two women behind the counter processed the application and we were on our way. Thank you!!”
“Got my passport here, was an easy process with an appointment, the lady was kind and walked me through all the steps of it easily with the prefilled out paperwork ahead of time. Would recommend if you have to get it done!”

“I used to be able to walk to the post office. Now it is just a short drive away in their new building. Staff is still extremely friendly, as well as carrier to my home. Would have been 5 star review, but building designer did not install a “drive-up” mailbox outside at the new building (as they had one at the old building). You have to park and get out of your car to go deposit mail into the outside box (troublesome if you have a physical disability). Just a little more “user friendly” and convenient with a drive-up drop box.”
