“Was with my fiancé when he was trying to make a transaction and some guy from the video game vault was being so rude to the staff because they wouldn’t give him $100 worth of one dollar bills. He was so mean to them. Didn’t even have an account there. Continued to interrupt other customers trying to make transactions. I would not have handled this with as much grace and professionalism as the women and gentleman at this bank! Best bank in town!”
“It's a full service bank with good crew inside. Outside are several modern ATMs both walk and drive up. There's a drive through service with a real teller as well. Good location, easy in and out off Main street, ample parking.”

“I used to work for a large corporate bank. I choose to bank at a smaller local bank. I have communicated with the President of FNCB on three occasions. All three times he help resolve an issue I had. Tell me a large bank president that will call you at home to ask how he can help? Personal service and results is what one wants when your money is involved. I get both at FNCB. If you are frustrated with the lack of personal service at your large bank, like I was, switch to FNCB. You will not have sleepless nights worrying if your big bank is going to help you. You will be treated as a valued custom by knowledgeable and friendly professions.”
“I'm not quite sure of the name of the woman who helped my 16 year old daughter open her first checking account recently but she was so incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. She made sure she had everything set up before we left, including the app on her phone so she could check her bank account. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone. In fact I actually transferred my funds to this credit union recently after setting up her account so I could have an account with a local bank. Nothing like being able to deal with a real person when you need to. Thank you.”

“I’m shocked to see the amount of bad reviews bc my experience couldn’t have been more opposite! My experience with this chase couldn’t have been better. I walked in & was immediately greeted by a bubbly polite woman asking what I needed, ( I’m so sorry I forget your name, but the woman with tattoos & red hair ) I told her I wanted to open a bank account & right away she started helping me. She offered me coffee & water, was polite, & the whole process was quick & smooth. I felt informed & comfortable the entire time! I'm not local to this branch, but I'd certainly be happy to return for any needs in the future.”
