He immediately identified an issue (stemming from being given the wrong part from a different location) and quickly rectified it. His skill and expertise in repair/installation was unquestionable and he is one of very few people I trust touching my car. Can't speak enough for his skill and attention to great service. I was tempted to leave a bad review for the other location, but Andrew turned that negative experience into a very positive one and turned my bad review into a glowing one.
