I normally use this pharmacy and only temporarily tried a larger corporate pharmacy because my doctor and I thought it might offer my medication at a lower price (we were wrong by the way and I should have called prior). It was never meant to be a permanent switch — and honestly, the experience made me realize just how much I genuinely missed this team.
The difference in care was immediate when I came back. The staff went above and beyond to help me save money by trying multiple coupon options for my prescription — and when the first one didn’t work because I had entered something incorrectly, they patiently helped me figure it out without making me feel embarrassed or rushed.
They also contacted the other pharmacy to have my prescription transferred back and were completely transparent about the expected timeframe from the beginning. No confusion, no attitude, no feeling like I was inconveniencing anyone.
Every interaction here feels human. They communicate kindly, treat people with respect, and genuinely seem to care about helping their customers instead of just getting them through a line. That level of service is rare, and it deserves recognition.”

“It has been such a great experience since we transferred all prescriptions to the pharmacy at the Acme in Chester Springs. We used to wait in line forever at CVS and we just became frustrated in going there. We never wait more than a minute at the Acme Pharmacy and they are kind and pleasant there. Also, it's excellent to get vaccines there too!”
“The hours are a pain, compared to the larger chain pharmacies and there's very little product choices on the shelves in the store and what IS there, is NOT cheap. I only go here to pick up my friends and family member's prescriptions. I DID receive a lot of helpful information from the pharmacist and THAT is something that I don't ever get from CVS or Rite Aid!”

“I’d called the Douglassville store earlier this week to confirm that my prescriptions were in stock. When I arrived this morning to pick them up, I was told one of them was at my former store. The pharmacist apologized for the inconvenience and filled all of the scrips within minutes.
My thanks to her and the staff for resolving an issue that wasn’t their creation. It was a nice reminder that wonderful customer service still exists.”
“I came in trying to print out photos but unfortunately their computers were down. Didn’t ruin my day though because Angie was wonderful! So helpful and polite. Explained multiple ways I could get photos printed out and helped me in the best she could. Will definitely be coming back due to the amazing customer service from Angie.”
