I normally use this pharmacy and only temporarily tried a larger corporate pharmacy because my doctor and I thought it might offer my medication at a lower price (we were wrong by the way and I should have called prior). It was never meant to be a permanent switch — and honestly, the experience made me realize just how much I genuinely missed this team.
The difference in care was immediate when I came back. The staff went above and beyond to help me save money by trying multiple coupon options for my prescription — and when the first one didn’t work because I had entered something incorrectly, they patiently helped me figure it out without making me feel embarrassed or rushed.
They also contacted the other pharmacy to have my prescription transferred back and were completely transparent about the expected timeframe from the beginning. No confusion, no attitude, no feeling like I was inconveniencing anyone.
Every interaction here feels human. They communicate kindly, treat people with respect, and genuinely seem to care about helping their customers instead of just getting them through a line. That level of service is rare, and it deserves recognition.”
