“Priscilla saved my life today. I must have not noticed when my address got entered wrong when I shipped 400$ worth of old junk back home to Pennsylvania, my local ups store was very unhelpful and hot potatoed me back to the Douglasville ga store, and Priscilla helped me avoid having my stuff go back to Georgia and having to pay all over again. Miracle worker, could’ve easily hot potatoed me like everyone else did”

The young man who's always working when I go is always super friendly and knowledgable about shipping and postage. Things get shipped out super quickly from the location too, very efficient and accurate.”

“I was very nervous and skeptical coming to this UPS due to the review and the stories of Aubree but I wanted to take time and share that I had a very good experience. I even had mistake not having the entire application filled out and Aubree was VERY patient with me and explain everything to me. Everything worked out and I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes even with me not having everything ready. Thank you Aubree for being kind and explaining things to me.”
“I've been to many different post office locations, and this Kenhorst location is by far the best. There are rarely long lines, and when there are the staff efficiently and quickly takes care of it. Above all, they are the nicest and most competent Postal workers I have ever seen! Just recently I needed to provide a tracking # for a return, and I threw away the receipt weeks prior. I was able to walk-in and provide the date of the purchase, and they found the receipt and tracking number within minutes, saving me a headache. Well done, keep up the great work!”
“I don't hate the place, and the people there are nice. However, I was expecting 3 packages, one of which I was expecting on my porch. The carrier shoved the larger package in my mailbox, as well as a second one, he left with the third and (i'm assuming) later came back to deliver it to my mailbox after knowing he stuffed it full. Instead of putting it on my porch, he labelled it as "No Access to Delivery Location".
Pure laziness on his part, really. But the lady inside was relatively nice and even offered to deliver the package on her way home. I can appreciate their willingness to help me, this is really the only time I've ever had an issue with the place.”

“Very friendly staff every time I need to ship something. My first visit was to return an Amazon package and I chose the wrong option for needing a label. They guided me thru my amazon account to request a new label and my package went out quickly. I thought I would have to go home and come back, but they had me email the label and they printed the label for me for free. Next time I'll choose the correct label and not the qr code.”
