“Nathan is truly a person who deserves a promotion here! I dont write reviews and I dont trust banks. I have had so much thrown at me in life including losing my mother Aug. 6th. He made sure the life insurance check became available to me. Then when they froze my account for 60 to 90 days for using said money he went above and beyond to fix the issue in less than a hour. I was going to close my account and never use a bank again, however knowing they have an employee like Nathan who truly not only cares about his job but the people he serves my account will stay open! please keep this man and he deserves a promotion.”
