We understand how frustrating and inconvenient it has been to arrive at our doors and find them closed, especially without clear updates or communication. Our store has now been closed for more than three weeks, and we recognize the impact this has had on your daily routines and household needs.
Please know that your local store management team has been actively seeking answers and updates throughout this process. Unfortunately, communication delays and a lack of timely information from higher levels within the company left us without clear details to share.
