One gentleman that works there who is usually the one there when we come in even went out of his way to go find more lollipops one time we came in and the little dish was empty. “The staff at this post office is so helpful. We had to be out of state for several months last year. Using the federal website for forwarding was daunting both setting it up and ending the service. The Post Mistress was so patient and helpful setting me up. She also assisted with a passport issue. My delivery person is friendly and will place heavy boxes by my door as I am disabled now. I can't say enough about them. I have experience with the postal service in Tucson and I can tell you it ranks a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Thomasville ranks a 10+ in my book.”

“My go to USPS postal location. Staff is friendly, even when busy. They provide passport services here which we used 10 years ago. Nice to have so close to our home.”
“The young man who is assigned to this office is amazing. He does his job quickly, efficiently and with a smile as he gets you in and out as fast as possible. He has no control what happens with packages after they are shipped off. So him as a person and his customer service skills are amazing. Only problem with this office is since this is such a small office with low traffic the hours are horrible; the only negative.”
“My experience yesterday was great. I left this office & realized I hadn’t taped the return boxes shut. Because I’m used to how ups doesn’t always use the box u bring it in. I called them frantically. It was over $ 100.00 in lip stick. They found the 3 boxes & taped them shut for me. I am so grateful. Plus I always find the clerks to be very knowledgeable no matter what the transaction. Thank you Roy for all your help. He even called me to say it was taken care of.”

“I ship multiple times a week usually, and rarely run into issues. When I do, it's because a customer is wrong or misunderstands something or has the wrong address, and the postal workers at this location are nearly always courteous and kind. No complaints about the office, just some of the customers.”
“I had a package delivery attempt today but they were unable to deliver because no one was home to sign for it. I called into the lewisberry post office and the woman on the phone helped me immediately and will be able to get my package tomorrow! Friendly and efficient service!”

“I had to ship something out for an exchange and I am terrible with QR codes, bar codes, shipping/mailing & all that jazz! The lady working the counter was super nice and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed to ship my package out. She directed me where I needed to go and then kindly processed my exchange the next day!”
“The lady that helped me was very patient and committed to helping me! She made things as easy as possible and was very pleasant. I had a P.O. Box reservation to complete and a change of address. It got a bit complicated due to the reservation being attached to a very old phone number. She would not give up, never made me feel rushed despite at least eight people waiting behind me. The older employee seemed to constantly be nudging her to tell me I had to go help myself online. Print the 1093 myself despite the instructions online saying differently. She also tried to find another out by saying well if the ph# doesn’t match there’s nothing we can do. The older clerk wanted any “out” she could find to send me on my way without helping me. The younger clerk wasn’t having it and remained pleasant and driven to help! I wish I knew her name.
I visit often as I have a PO Box here. I feel the need to reiterate excellent experiences because I see such a poor rating of this location; there’s a new young man at the front desk. Good looking and excellent demeanor!”
