“The staff at this post office is so helpful. We had to be out of state for several months last year. Using the federal website for forwarding was daunting both setting it up and ending the service. The Post Mistress was so patient and helpful setting me up. She also assisted with a passport issue. My delivery person is friendly and will place heavy boxes by my door as I am disabled now. I can't say enough about them. I have experience with the postal service in Tucson and I can tell you it ranks a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Thomasville ranks a 10+ in my book.”

“I have Never had an issue with Goldsboro Post Office. I have received my mail everyday, Monday-Saturday, and occasionally a Sunday during the holiday. Packages are never an issue either. Been living here in Etters 20+ years and NEVER had any problems. Love you all, thank you for all your hard work! You are appreciated more than you know!”

When I do, it's because a customer is wrong or misunderstands something or has the wrong address, and the postal workers at this location are nearly always courteous and kind. No complaints about the office, just some of the customers.”
“I have to be honest, I’m confused by some of the reviews but respect others’ experiences. I say that because I’ve always received excellent service at this post office. In my line of work, I have to mail things daily and it helps to have the luxury of mailing those things and grocery shopping at the same time/same place. It’s a full functioning post office and always well stocked.”

“The Elizabethtown post Office has very nice employees working there. I just made it there today before they closed. The lady working there was nice. I bought two books of stamps, and the lady weighed my envelope for me, I put a stamp on it, and watched it go right out the back door, and onto the postal truck, going to Harrisburg. This was a time sensitive package and I was so happy to see it go right out onto the truck!!”
“I have no problem with this post office except I find a certain employee Vicki could be more pleasant . I mentioned what I thought was correct and she responded very rudely back to me which makes me not want to go there anymore. Sometimes being kind can be a better choice even though the other person misunderstood the question.”
“I had to ship something out for an exchange and I am terrible with QR codes, bar codes, shipping/mailing & all that jazz! The lady working the counter was super nice and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed to ship my package out. She directed me where I needed to go and then kindly processed my exchange the next day!”
