Held large deposit on "administrative hold", all information was verified and bank manager, despite having the ability to, will not unfreeze my funds. I will be going with a new bank.

Drive-thru service is the slowest you will ever find. Poor traffic routing, drive-thru Lane usually blocks the ATM Lane. Expect to spend a long time waiting in line.
