“I have been going to Kristen for 7 years! All of my life I have had a fear of needles! Kristen is the best she always gets me through it and that’s a huge task! I told her she’s not allowed to retire or move ever lol! And it didn’t hurt one bit! She’s the best”

“Quick, clean, thorough service. Did my gender reveal labs here and they came back in 48 hours from the date mailed (drawn Saturday mailed to lab Monday.) the lab technician was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Prices are fair!”

“Doctor Ernest Michael Sully is a fabulous, considerate, kind, and smart man. It’s abundantly clear he works very hard and assures every patient is taken care to meet their needs and his expectations of excellence. He deserves a significant raise for his exceptional work as the lead physician.”

“I needed some blood testing done. I was able to make an account online, pay online right away and schedule in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived, the suite was well-signed. The check-in process was quick and easy. I then waited less than a minute before getting called back even though I was 20 minutes early. The phlebotomist found a vein immediately and the blood draw went quickly.Would definitely recommend this location, it seems like they are well-organized and good at what they do.”

“Fantastic Lab! I have been using Principle Lab since beginning of Covid and have many patients sent there including my family. Easy scheduling process, very punctual and always send results within 24 hours. Love this lab and will always use them and recommend them to everyone I know!”

“I'm a legendarily hard stick: finding a vein on me has always been challenging, so much so that every phlebotomist and nurse (and even doctor) who has tried to draw my blood remembers me lol. Doesn't matter how hydrated I am. They'll try several times before getting someone else who will call someone else and on and on--my record is 7 phlebotomists and nurses. Used to being stuck, so I'm always more worried about the mental health of the person who's just trying to find a frickin vein lol. But there are a few who just have that touch--and 2 of them are at this Quest ??The 2 phlebotomists I've seen are both lovely people. Jason's the one who's usually there when I go and he's so sweet and pleasant. He also has a gentle touch, which I appreciate. Still tough getting blood from me, but he'll do it. They both will. (Can't remember the other phlebotomist's name ? but she's also great.) Both are professional and hygiene-conscious.So if they can squeeze water out of this rock, you know you're in safe hands.I do walk-ins and get seen immediately most times. Never had to wait more than 10 min. I've also made appointments online a few times and that's a quick and easy process. The facilities are always clean and comfortable, and there's ample parking right in front.Highly recommend!”

“My visit was perfect: I made an appointment online and arrived a minute late, checked-in and was called in about 10 minutes later. One of the phlebotomy techs took me back and got the required samples. The tech was very polite and professional (I believe her name was Deanna) and I was out of there in fifteen minutes.”

“I have had severe asthma for 43 years so I know my body. I could diagnose myself at this point. I couldn't get in to see my doctor so I came in with a bit of wheezing symptoms for a few days and no other symptoms of illness. I knew I needed prescription steroids to help open my chest up. At first the doctor was nervous about prescribing them due to a possible side effect of another issue, however, after explaining myself, and her looking into my recent records, she agreed that I was correct. I had about a 15 minute wait at 6:15 PM and a 10-15 minute visit with the doctor immediately afterwards on a Tuesday!”

“I was a walk-in and their automated touch screen check in kiosk is easy to use and will operate in up to 30 languages. It set my appointment for 12:50 but I was only waiting about 2 minutes and was done by 12:50. I was only here on this visit for a pre-employment drug screening but I want to talk about my last visit for blood work because that's where they shine. Normally noone really looks forward to getting blood work done but they made it a very comfortable experience. I had Annie for both visits and she was efficient, funny, pleasent and she performed the best jab I've ever had, I felt nothing, and she had to take like 6 or 7 vials. So, 5 stars for Annie. Also you can actually request her at the Kiosk I believe which is a kinda cool feature. The reason I put 4 stars overall is that the waiting room is very very sterile and bland with no reading materials too pass the time. I know most people can just get on their phones but magazines are a nice departure from that and can warm up a waiting room if the wait is longer than my two experiences or you dont have your phone. All they have here is this repeating video about their check-in and about their business, oh and no guest wifi. Other than those two inconsequential things, this was a good and efficient experience. Ask for annie!”

“I go there only once per year and for the past five years I had nothing but good experiences there. The staff was always friendly and professional and I never had to wait long. I'll be going back there in the future.”
