“We flew up to Harrisburg PA from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck. My husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about our plan. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do. No hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!”

“We had to sell my father’s car and didn’t want to go private. We went online and got a car max offer. Made an appointment and showed up a little early. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the process could not have been easier. They looked at the car, gave us the firm offer (which fortunately because we were honest was the same as the online offer), had us pull the car around to the service bay, had my dad sign some papers, and we had a bank draft and were done all within half an hour. Granted they were not busy when we went, but under an hour was very fast in my opinion. Super friendly and helpful staff, no anxiety whatsoever. Highly highly recommend!”

Garage was busy, but I was in and out in a hour and a half, without any unexpected financial surprises. Great service as always. Oh, Kevin also sells cars and I bought this used car from him 2 years ago and it's not a money pit. Upkeep is minimal, beyond the normal.Highly recommend buying a car from Kevin.”
