“Great service experience which actually lead me to a buying new car. I started off with a horrible service experience at Fred Beans and Faulkner welcomed me in and provided the type of service that a customer deserves. I got to drive a brand new loaner car from Faulkner, which I loved so much that Austin hooked me up getting a great deal on. He was fantastic at patiently explaining all the features of the car and within 2 days I drove away with my brand new car. A professional dealership to work with! Highly recommend!”
“I had visited Hoffman Ford for the first time a few weeks ago. My husband had recommended them because he bought his truck from them and goes there for his service. Since I don't own a Ford and it's about 20 minutes away, I never bothered going, however after I had another horrible experience with Faulkner Toyota (only about 10 minutes away from me), I decided to give Hoffman a try.
I was SO pleased with everything! Not only was it easy to book online, but I also received amazing customer service from everyone that worked there. Not just bare minimum politeness, but they all went above and beyond and were very kind, thoughtful, and patient. I jokingly told my husband that I felt like royalty at the check-in/drop-off time. Everyone was so great, and I don't often see that top notch customer service anymore.
I didn't have to wait at all when I dropped off my car, the check-in experience was quick and seamless, and then the shuttle that I had scheduled to take me back home was ready and waiting for me.
I was given an estimate of when my car would be ready, received updates about my car throughout the day, and they stuck to their word and had it ready on time. I was very happily surprised to see that my car inspection was very affordable (it was actually about the same price for my inspection plus the needed windshield wipers with Hoffman as it was for just an oil change at Faulkner). I'm also glad that Hoffman didn't try to sell me things to make my bill higher.
Overall, I am very happy with everything at Hoffman, and even though it takes me a bit longer to get there than ideal, I will happily go a little out of my way if they continue to be this great each time.”

“Got a used car here with my boyfriend. Owners were very nice and friendly. We were able to look at it and test dive. Small leak from the sunroof, when mentioned it was immediately taken care of. There is a warranty on the car but we were told if there were any issues at all down the line past warranty date to let them know. Our 2025 Atlas CS was displaying warnings for parking, brake, and crash alerts- with no danger present. The VW dealer in Lebanon, PA, attempted to service this on two occasions, stating ‘they had updated all safety software’. Yet the problems still persisted, and so they diagnosed replacing front sensors at our expense. The experience of the problem being sporadic, as well as internet searches, confirmed this was a software issue. Filing a case with VW Customer Service at first supported the dealers non-warranty position. Surprisingly- they then also suggested we try another dealer! So we brought it back to the selling dealer – Sutliff. They were able to confirm that the safety software updates had in fact NOT been performed as stated, and they WERE able to successfully update software and correct the problem. And of course, under warranty. Lesson learned: This will remain our preferred service location.”

“Car sales, it's definitely a skill. You have to strike the right balance of meeting a customers needs, upselling without coming off as too pushy. At the same time you don't want undersell. We've bought three cars from this dealership over the past 4 years. 2. They've gone the extra mile for us on several occasions: I came the year before just to check out cars, and I wanted to review financing options. They worked with for about an hour on a pretty busy day. they did knowing they most likely weren't going to make a sale that day. I came back to buy a Mazada they worked with me again to get the car I wanted within my price range. They advised us on carry over debt, and options available to deal with it. My wife especially impressed with the customer service I received. She came back to Faulkner when it was time to upgrade. When my car got totaled last year. I gave them a list of 3 vehicles specific trims, and colors. They worked with us over several weeks to get the vehicle I wanted. My tech savvy saleswomen handled 90% of the stuff via frigging txt! I would recommend Faulkner Mazda.”

“I used express service for an oil change and PA inspection. I was greeted warmly and treated respectfully. I was on the road again in less than one hour. I used a coupon so the invoice was quite reasonable. Excellent experience.
Returned for oil change, state inspection and some maintenance. Scheduling was easy and logistics simple. All excellent.
