“Zack was amazing to work with! We were trying for a little while to buy a pathfinder and no other dealership/salesman could get us what we wanted but Zack did. He made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish of the process. He personally went and picked up the specific vehicle we wanted and brought it to the dealership. We didn’t know if we were going to buy the car that day so we didn’t bring a check and he made sure the car was brought to us so we didn’t have to go back out to the dealership to pick it up as we traveled a little over an hour to see him. “My experience purchasing a Ford Explored was super quick and easy. I was driving a rental and since the explorer wasn't ready Hoffman Ford gave me a "loaner" vehicle so I didn't have to extend my rental. The salesman, Chris, was informative on the phone and very courteous in person. Any question we had, he answered or said he would get the answer to if he didn’t immediately know. “Good experience. My daughter got a good deal. He was kind and personable.Update, I didn't recall leaving this review Experience was good there, however my 17 ye old daughter saved her money to buy a car. 30 mins off the lot, it started making a noise. And we test drove it for 20-25 mins. Long story short. Rear end needed completely replaced. Before she could save up enough it had to get towed home. Now it's $4000 to get it running and inspected Needless to say it's been sitting out front for 3 months. I don't know if he knew or not. But my mechanic said it was fixed up to hide the problems. Might have been whoever he got it from. No matter my daughter paid around 2500 and didn't have the car to drive for even 4 months and never safely with the rear axle and differential the way it was. It's the risk you take buying a used car I guess. Now we take every car through our mechanic before we buy it. Wish we had then because this one would have been a no.”

“Car sales, it's definitely a skill. You have to strike the right balance of meeting a customers needs, upselling without coming off as too pushy. At the same time you don't want undersell. We've bought three cars from this dealership over the past 4 years. 2. They've gone the extra mile for us on several occasions: I came the year before just to check out cars, and I wanted to review financing options. They worked with for about an hour on a pretty busy day. they did knowing they most likely weren't going to make a sale that day. I came back to buy a Mazada they worked with me again to get the car I wanted within my price range. They advised us on carry over debt, and options available to deal with it. My wife especially impressed with the customer service I received. She came back to Faulkner when it was time to upgrade. When my car got totaled last year. I gave them a list of 3 vehicles specific trims, and colors. They worked with us over several weeks to get the vehicle I wanted. My tech savvy saleswomen handled 90% of the stuff via frigging txt! I would recommend Faulkner Mazda.”
