“Great experience! Guys were very helpful in that I called the yard when I was in trying to get a screw loose if they had any pb blaster to help get it out and it worked! Alot of older vehicles that actually had parts left on them! Drove 45 minutes and WILL BE BACK!”

“I have to give Meyer's a 4 star review overall, but Austin, who helped me out get's a 5++ Star review. Why only 4 for the store? Saw a couple of young guys trying to mount a 37" tire on what looked like a 20" chrome rim. Well, to watch them with this tire and the tools at hand, looked a bit like a monkey and a football. And, I'm sure you know what a monkey will do with a football! On the other hand, it took Austin about 15 seconds to find the part I was looking for, verified the vehicle it was in, showed me where the vehicle was in the yard, waited while I removed it (all of about 3 minutes) and he even handed me a few tools I needed when asked. Couldn't have been better. Great job to Austin. For Meyer's - go train those young guys a bit better or take the football away from them.”
“Firat time going here and to say I was impressed is an understatement. My car wasn't wanting to start so I brought here ended up needing my alternator rebuilt replaced a pulley, rear bearing. All for $147.39 and he got it done within I believe 3 or 4 hours. This guy is decently priced and quick with getting vehicles in and out. Highly recommended, can't remember the gentleman's name I spoke with on The phone but Whoever he was the kindness I was shown over the phone and when picking up my car was friendly and welcoming. Thanks again guys.”
“Arrived this evening around 4:30 because my Subaru was struggling to start and I just passed inspection. I was worried I’d stall driving home after hours or that there was an issue with my engine. Dan & Nikki greeted me immediately upon entering the building and said they’d test the memory and see what the problem was. Sure enough I needed a new battery and my original battery had finally died. They had one delivered to the shop within minutes and installed it before I was on my way. Very appreciative to be seen so quickly and it got resolved on the spot without making me come back. Honest place of business at a reasonable price. I’d return here and would recommend Dan’s Auto Body to others.”

“Updated from 1 star to 5, thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service I just experienced from Carri today! She went over & above assisting me. I was unable to enter store to pick up my order. Not only did she bring order out to me curbside, but whilst filling my fluid she noticed another issue- She notified me of issue, searched inventory- found the part I needed, handled the transaction & replaced part all within a few minutes. “These guy's are top notch! I had collision damage to my driverside and was using my insurance due to a hit and run. Not only was the repairs exceptionally done, but the guy even came in when they were closed (saturdays) so that I was able to pick up my car before work allowing me to drop off the rental car so they couldn't charge me for more on my rental.

“I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!”

They stepped up and I haven't had a single problem with my work van's service in over two years.Kevin is always ready to work with me to arrange service or repairs, and since I work out of state so often, this usually means I leave my van with them over the week or weekend and get a rental from my fleet service. They make it so smooth that I've come to expect that level of service now, and they never disappoint.The biggest problems I've ever had is when the Enterprise down the road is out of vehicles because of the shortages.”
