Recently changed to their streaming service from their cable. Wish would not have. Is constantly buffering. Not at all satisfied. Been a customer for 27 years.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is horrible with service. The hours they have at the office is horrible! How do you expect people to drop off equipment when you’re never open. Only open 2 sat a month, and during the week only 2 days! When I called the representative didn’t even know the hours! I will never deal with this company again!

Internet and cable never had an issue with. However home security I would not recommend. They get you into a contract than have multiple issues with the security. Than they want to charge an early cancel fee in order to cancel service!

When we moved to the area in 2006 Blue Ridge was the only game in town to select for cable and internet. Years ago, we dropped their cable and for over a month now have had internet issues that have necessitated continued call to customer service and repeat technician visits. The outcome was forcing us to move to fiber sooner to resolve our intermittent connection issues which I have since learned other neighbors are also having. Although the fiber is working, the outside work was not completely finished and now it is again repeated calls to try to resolve the issue. I do not understand how a company just does not seem to have an interest in keeping their customers when they are no longer the only game in town. We currently have cut cable wires hanging from the peak of our house, and after several calls in the last two days asking to speak with a supervisor and being told there is no one available, we learned that in a FEW WEEKS someone will come out to address the dangling wires, really?? If we waited a few weeks to pay our bill, I am sure that would not be acceptable to Blue Ridge and their lack of response as longtime customers is appalling quite honestly. I would not recommend this company for internet service.

Update: It has now been nearly FOUR WEEKS with not a single call back........I guess that is to be expected from a cable company with worse customer service quality than Comcast...........Property damage! This is the second time in six months that Blue Ridge has damaged my property and weren't even working on my lines or service! Guess I will be switching to Starlink Home Internet and cutting all cable lines to my house!Update: I called 7 days ago and spoke to a service rep and was told someone from my area would be calling me, and never once got a call back like I was told I was going to get. Generic responses to "call this number" are a joke when I already called and NOTHING WAS DONE by your company....

Constantly having buffering issues, service drops for no reason, have to disconnect and reconnect. Customer service hours at BRC office is a joke…. Prices constantly going up while service goes down. But hey they have the monopoly in the area. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Their cable sucks. Trying to watch the playoff games and the cable keeps going in and out. I hate that you can't get Comcast in ephrata they are so much better than blue ridge.

Every time I need to go in, it is a long wait. They are only open a few days a week, and when they are open they only have 1 person working. Last time I went, the line was out the door. Terrible!

The guy installed a coax cable only 2 inches deep in my yard. Then drilled a hole in the side of my house with out asking me...worset cable company ever. Still so upset I can't sleep at night thinking about what they did to my yard and home
