“After reading the reviews for this shop I traveled over 50 miles to have some routine maintenance performed on my 2015 6.6 Duramax. I booked the appointment sometime in advance because they are pretty busy and that’s a good sign . showed up first thing when they were opening right around 7:30 AM. They got me in straight away. While my truck was being serviced, I had a great conversation with Gregg about the future upgrades for my truck. He is very knowledgeable and I have every bit of confidence that the job will be performed perfectly ,he gave an estimate which is totally fair. I am actually looking forward to bringing my truck here to have the work . done. I have also recommended for my daughter to bring her vehicle here for service in the future. “My first, but not last, time I will be using Graham's service center for my car. Very convenient drop off, updated me on any issues found, presented options, and reasonably priced. I did need an appointment but was able to leave the car overnight and pickup next day by noon. They accept credit card payment but don't charge the 3% service fee, which is rare these days!”
