Attentive to my parameters at the start, and provided quick and appropriate evaluation of my trade without me sitting around waiting. Corrected punch list created during first test ride w/o issue. There was some delay in completing the sale because of a title issue. They kept me informed during the delay and let me test drive again to confirm punch list. Bruce Kline was my sales guy, and he treated me well thru a bout of buyer's remorse. Financing guy did an appropriate job at offering add ons without inappropriate pressure.

We would not return. We came in the first time and the guy we worked with was nice. We then came in a day our sales person didn’t usually work and he brought it up multiple times during our time there. He kept asking for a good review because he came in. We felt pressured to buy the car because he was so persistent that he showed up because we wanted this car and ended up hating it. They were not willing to work something out with helping us purchase a different car. My parents then went in and were told they could look around the lot. The guy helping them was standing talking to other employees while they tried to find the car in the lot he gave them the keys for. They could not get anyone to actually help them. They found a car somewhere else. I would not ever go back.

He kept me very well informed about what needs to be done and what steps were next. He has a pleasant personality which is needed for this position. This place is well organized. We were lucky to be received by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who got us through the process in a timely manner. Considering the place stays busy. The whole place makes you feel confident in purchasing a vehicle. I recommend you give it a look see.

Sean Fry is an excellent Sales Consultant. This was the 2nd car he has helped us purchase. He is patient and there was no pressure from him or anyone on their staff. Met the owner, Gary Zimmerman, and he was a really down to Earth guy and expressed his appreciation for us giving them our business. The entire process was very professional and organized. Their facility is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. They have plenty of snacks and beverages readily available in the showroom to keep you energized! 😁
I tell everyone I know how wonderful they are. I wouldn't hesitate to send them to Twin Pine Ford. They have the largest selection of used automobiles I've ever seen on one lot, which was great because we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. Thanks again to everyone that helped us get my wife her new car, which she LOVES!

Bruce did a great job as far as getting my vehicle ready before I arrived and explaining how things worked. The only thing I don’t like is when it comes to finance they don’t show you what each rate was from other lenders. They take you in the finance department and say this is the bank that came back with the best rate and don’t show the other banks that it was ran through.
