“I didn’t know a service like Michelle Rene’s existed, but I am very glad I found her! At my first fitting, my gown came out of the bag and panic set in. I was thinking, “how the heck am I or any of my girls going to be able to steam this well enough to make it look good for the wedding?” I was lucky enough to find Michelle Rene in a frantic Google search.I opted for the day-of wedding concierge service and I am SO glad I did! Not only did she come out the morning of the wedding to steam and press my gown, my bridesmaids gowns, and the men’s suits, but she went above and beyond with her amazing tool kit. She helped some of my girls fit into their dresses beautifully with magic tape, she fixed my mom’s bracelet when it broke, and she took AMAZING pictures of the bridal suite and first look: invaluable pictures that I was able to post on social media before I got the professional pictures. (one included here)Michelle walked around with us as my husband and I did our first look and subsequent pictures to fix my dress and hold my flowers. (amazing) When I started to ugly cry on my way out to do my first look, Michelle rubbed my back and reassured me, saving my makeup from utter doom!My dress had a complicated bustle, and Michelle did it with ease at the cocktail hour. It was great because I just stood there as she bustled and I had my own little reception line. (see the other photo) It truly made everything seamless and saved my girls from the hassle! Michelle was absolutely wonderful and what I’ve said here doesn’t even fully cover everything she did for us. But this one is downtown in Lancaster and most of the time the workers are so busy or talking or doing something else that they do not ask if they can assist you and you're walking around blind. I'm not saying I won't shop there I'm just saying that their customer service needs a little bit of work and the organization needs to be a lot better.”

“Stopped in a few days before Small Business Saturday knowing that I wouldn't be shopping on the actual day. This is a quaint boutique on the popular 300 block of south Queen St in Lancaster. There was one other shopper monopolizing the sales person's time, it was obvious that she was a regular an expected the attention. Items are pricey but fun to look through and it should be noted that obvious care has been taken in their selection and presentation. Definitely worth a peek. I found a few small things and went on my way happy with the quality and offerings.”
