“Hello, I have been using Simon Zhen for over a decade, for my home and car insurance. I must say that it was my deceased husband, who first noticed that Simon just seemed to project ethics and high standards.
He emphasized our understanding the policies, as opposed to selling them to us. He explained them to a T, checked if we were understanding as he went along and then they sold themselves. Although he keeps long hours, he has always called me back promptly and multiple times.

“I'm very pleased with this Company. They were referred to me by Comly Automotive on the 6000 blk. of Frankford Ave. I'm a 60 + yrs. old driver, I have been patronizing Imperial Agen. Company in North East Philly for over 8yrs. & counting. I've never had to wait any longer than 5 min. to be helped, & once I'm waited upon, the entire process always takes less than 10 min. & This is for all 3 of my vehicles. 2 trucks, & 1 car. It is a lot quicker, smother than going actually to the (Dmv) I will continue taking my business to them. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, curtious & helpfull...People keep this in mind. If you are a experience driver, you should already know how the process works by now. This isn't your 1st. Rodeo. Go in with the proper updated paperwork for each vehicle, a little extra money incase there is price increase, & You are in, & out the door in no time. By doing this, it will allow the staff / employee a little more time to educate the New Drivers until they too can mastered this process, this will make it a speedy transaction for them as well.
