“I am relatively new to Erie and use a credit union from another part of PA. Most of the time, electronic banking meets my needs. But I needed to deposit cash, which you can't do that with my credit union app. So I went to the EFCU on Buffalo Rd in Wesleyville. I wish I knew her name, but I worked with a woman there who was absolutely wonderful! (Maybe someone who works there will recognize my unusual transaction and be able to identify her. If so, tell her boss what I wrote!) She went way above the call of duty to help me. It started when she came out from behind the camera in the office and actively helped me navigate the process. When it was determined that I needed to use the auto drive up ATM rather than the window inside, she walked outside and stood next to my car to guide me through the process!! It not just service, but she did it with a smile on her face! Remember: I'm not a member of this credit union! Still, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and pleasant. If I were looking for a financial institution, I would definitely look here!”

For years 50+ I had a pass book savings at NWM and a checking account, however, since they went with stockmarket investors they cared more about them than their customers, charging customers for EVERYTHING.
