Bob's Irresistible Auto Sales is a Buy Here, Pay Here dealership. Many customers report a positive and helpful sales process, specifically highlighting one salesman who is described as amazing, helpful, and charismatic, going above and beyond without judgment. Customers feel he ensures they are happy and comfortable with their decision and does not pressure them. The overall staff and salesmen are also called awesome and welcoming, with efforts made to assist with financing. However, experiences with management and mechanical reliability are mixed. While one manager is praised for being helpful, another is criticized for being extremely hostile, disrespectful, and unprofessional when handling customer concerns, creating a negative interaction. Regarding the vehicles, some customers are perfectly pleased with their car, describing them as immaculate. Yet, there are several reports of mechanical issues arising shortly after purchase, such as check engine lights and exhaust failures. One inspection suggested a vehicle should not have passed. The in-house mechanic receives mixed feedback, praised by some but described as dismissive by others. Despite the negatives, many customers express satisfaction, stating they would recommend the business and plan to be repeat customers, primarily due to the positive sales experience. They acknowledge the inherent risk with older vehicles but appreciate the supportive sales approach.
I got a Volkswagen Jetta no problems with it. Ryan or Reilly can't remember was helpful. Needed an oil switch, which I bought and he scheduled me an appointment to have the mechanic install at no cost! Would recommend this place to anyone. No credit bad credit they will put u in something decent!
