“Was recommended by large car dealer in Waterford. Stopped by and got a quote to repair rust on both quarter panels and surface rust on bottom of doors. Shop was clean and organized, very professional. Scheduled a date and dropped off van. They cut-out the rust in quarter panels and welded in new metal, primed and painted. Sanded surface rust and painted. VERY happy with the workmanship. Price was competitive and fair. Understand that NO body shop in Erie County will give a guarantee on rust repairs. Our weather, and winters, are TOO harsh. Orsini does GOOD work!!!”

The people at Tropical patiently let me sit in about a dozen vehicles before I found one that fit like a glove. They were polite, patient, and above all, professional. They paid for a full tank of gas, and my first oil change. I can not recommend this nice little dealership enough.”
“Josh is the man!!! I bought a 2015 Lincoln MKS that he recommended me and it runs very nice!! The car was not inspected and they said they’d get me taken care of. I dropped my car off knowing the car had a few minor issues like the driver seat not working and sun roof not working, and was prob going to need ball joints and rods. I didn’t say anything to them about my issues the mechanic calls me back about a hour and half later and said he cannot inspect my car because it going to need some work, went over a few things with me that he noticed with the electrical and that They are taking it to enormous to fix the electrical issues. Then when it gets back they will take care of everything to keep the car running smooth and safe and get it inspected. Josh told me if I had any issues he will be there to help & work with me. They could have easily lick and stick the car like half of these dealers do and sent me on my way instead they apologized for any inconvenience and made sure my car would be taken care of. I’m having a better experience with this lot than I did with Kia off road express location and a few others I’ve been to. It was very transparent experience and they held up on their word. So thanks bobs for going above and beyond!! I would highly recommend these guys any day.”

“I’m very happy with the service I received. I had got another quote from a professional garage in town for $4400. They were able to get more work done for $3200 (rust spots )I’m very happy with my price and after receiving my car Back it feels good to ride in a nice vehicle. That’s not all beat up instead of buying a new bumper. They were able to fix it back to new condition which saved a lot of money. Paint job was perfection. Someone took a crowbar to my roof line and there’s a huge dent in the metal you would not even know it ever happened. Turn around time from start to finish with three weeks. Which honestly is normal for a body shop There is cure times it’s never a quick In-N-Out thing and if you want good bodywork done don’t expect it to be fast Rick is a true master of his craft been doing it for four decades. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends.”

“I waited a month of driving the vehicle my husband and I bought from Cornerstone Auto before giving my review. On October 11 we purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX with 111,000 miles on it for $11,000. At the test drive we realized it needed brakes and rotors and that the moon roof didn't close without manual assistance. Since Cornerstone doesn't finance and it was a holiday, we had to go to our bank for a personal loan and came back two days later (we live two hours away). During that time the issues were repaired by Cornerstone, happily. We test drove it again before signing the papers. Since purchasing, I have driven my usual daily around town and biweekly 60 miles drive for groceries. A 300 mile trip and a 100 mile trip. The entire experience has been nothing but pleasant for us. The owners were kind, helpful and fair. The vehicle is one of the best I've owned. After seeing the negative reviews here I wanted to share our experience. Also, my husband and I are both Black Americans. I felt this detail important because of the negative reviews I had seen posted here. I would definitely (and have) recommend shopping here for a used vehicle.”

I'm in the Market for another car, and will be stopping in soon. They seem to have pretty decent Reviews, but you can't please everybody, come people are too Particular, C'mon People, it's a Used car dealership. Look up Kelly blue book value, and proceed from there. Ask questions. They seem like Reasonable People.”
