“After two mishaps on Facebook- I stumbled onto Suburban Motors in Erie PA. My wife and just went through two scenarios involving cars that looked clean and turned out to have some hidden issues with accidents and titles. Bottom line- Lee and Ashley were very upfront and honest about the car we bought. Couldn’t be happier about the purchase and general process. Simple and straightforward- price was way better than anything locally- worth it to drive a few hours and save a thousand or two on a 2016 accord for my daughter. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these two to anyone. We worked mostly with Ashley as Lee had business out of town when we planned on making it in (on a weekend). A+ Great people, great experience. “I’m very happy with the service I received. I had got another quote from a professional garage in town for $4400. They were able to get more work done for $3200 (rust spots )I’m very happy with my price and after receiving my car Back it feels good to ride in a nice vehicle. That’s not all beat up instead of buying a new bumper. They were able to fix it back to new condition which saved a lot of money. Paint job was perfection. Someone took a crowbar to my roof line and there’s a huge dent in the metal you would not even know it ever happened. Turn around time from start to finish with three weeks. Which honestly is normal for a body shop There is cure times it’s never a quick In-N-Out thing and if you want good bodywork done don’t expect it to be fast Rick is a true master of his craft been doing it for four decades. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends.”

“Was recommended by large car dealer in Waterford. Stopped by and got a quote to repair rust on both quarter panels and surface rust on bottom of doors. Shop was clean and organized, very professional. Scheduled a date and dropped off van. They cut-out the rust in quarter panels and welded in new metal, primed and painted. Sanded surface rust and painted. VERY happy with the workmanship. Price was competitive and fair. Understand that NO body shop in Erie County will give a guarantee on rust repairs. Our weather, and winters, are TOO harsh. Orsini does GOOD work!!!”
“Josh is the man!!! I bought a 2015 Lincoln MKS that he recommended me and it runs very nice!! The car was not inspected and they said they’d get me taken care of. I dropped my car off knowing the car had a few minor issues like the driver seat not working and sun roof not working, and was prob going to need ball joints and rods. I didn’t say anything to them about my issues the mechanic calls me back about a hour and half later and said he cannot inspect my car because it going to need some work, went over a few things with me that he noticed with the electrical and that They are taking it to enormous to fix the electrical issues. Then when it gets back they will take care of everything to keep the car running smooth and safe and get it inspected. Josh told me if I had any issues he will be there to help & work with me. They could have easily lick and stick the car like half of these dealers do and sent me on my way instead they apologized for any inconvenience and made sure my car would be taken care of. I’m having a better experience with this lot than I did with Kia off road express location and a few others I’ve been to. It was very transparent experience and they held up on their word. So thanks bobs for going above and beyond!! I would highly recommend these guys any day.”

“Me and a friend of mine had a tire blow out, we managed to get the car to Country Fair right next to Car Factory. So we walked next door to ask if they might have a cheap used tire. The gentelmans name is Lee, he went out of his way to help,went above and beyond! He walked over looked at our car,went back over and comes out with a NEW tire!Asked him how much? On the house and even tried to put it on rim for us! He was a very nice guy I will be going in for a vehicle soon! I strongly recommend giving them a chance I believe you won't be disappointed.. Good to see there's still good people out there”

They seem to have pretty decent Reviews, but you can't please everybody, come people are too Particular, C'mon People, it's a Used car dealership. Look up Kelly blue book value, and proceed from there. Ask questions. They seem like Reasonable People.”

“I waited a month of driving the vehicle my husband and I bought from Cornerstone Auto before giving my review. On October 11 we purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX with 111,000 miles on it for $11,000. At the test drive we realized it needed brakes and rotors and that the moon roof didn't close without manual assistance. Since Cornerstone doesn't finance and it was a holiday, we had to go to our bank for a personal loan and came back two days later (we live two hours away). During that time the issues were repaired by Cornerstone, happily. We test drove it again before signing the papers. Since purchasing, I have driven my usual daily around town and biweekly 60 miles drive for groceries. A 300 mile trip and a 100 mile trip. The entire experience has been nothing but pleasant for us. The owners were kind, helpful and fair. The vehicle is one of the best I've owned. After seeing the negative reviews here I wanted to share our experience. Also, my husband and I are both Black Americans. I felt this detail important because of the negative reviews I had seen posted here. I would definitely (and have) recommend shopping here for a used vehicle.”

“Sam is hands down the BEST mechanic I have ever had, and I cannot recommend Stop N Go Auto enough! This man has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve had an issue with my car. He has done everything in his power to help me, get my car fixed, and make sure I’m taken care of. Hell, he even came in on his DAY OFF, on a damn SUNDAY, just to change my tire! You don’t find people like that very often anymore.
Sam genuinely cares about helping people, and that kind of service is hard to come by these days. He has never made me feel like I was on my own when something went wrong with my car, and I appreciate him more than he probably realizes. Having a mechanic you can trust, especially as a woman, is a big deal, and I’m beyond grateful to have found one like him.
If you need a mechanic or an honest, reliable auto shop, PLEASE give Stop N Go Auto a chance. I recommend this shop to everyone I know, and I will continue to do so. Sam deserves all the recognition in the world for the way he treats his customers. Five stars all day long!”
