  Sarah and Autumn were so much fun to work with! 😁 On a whim, we decided to build a replica of a dog we had lost last year. They helped us create a one of a kind keepsake. They knew we were kids at heart. ♥️ Very highly recommended even for “old kids”! ❤️

  Angela was beyond AMAZING!! She took her time to show me additional products and to check me out. She didn’t push any “upsales” to me yet still sold me 3 additional outfits I had not planned to buy. She was phenomenal!! I hope that upper management recognizes her great efforts as she was phenomenal !! Thank you for the fantastic service for my daughter, grandma and I !!!

  The staff is always so friendly and helpful! My daughter picked one of the most expensive options (of course😣) but there are nice options for everyone that are reasonably priced as well!! I do miss the wash station though, that was always my favorite thing to do as a kid!

  My partner and I went today to get a bear for our gender reveal! The employee I think her name was Sarah…she was so amazing and nice! I’m so glad she was able to help us get a bear for our special day ❤️

  Amazing over-the-phone customer service. The employee went above and beyond for me and looked all over the store trying to find the product I wanted. Super understanding and kept in touch with me when she found it! Made my day a little brighter, thank you!

  Sadly, I cannot review the store … we drove an hour for my twins birthday to build a bear only to find they closed early due to staffing issues. Just a heads up to call before you go.

  Highly recommend coming here. The staff is amazing. I ordered a bear for my daughter's birthday (ordered it online, not in the store).
  
  The bear we received in the mail was awful. Clearly they did not do any kind of quality check prior to shipping.
  
  I tried to reach out to Build-A-Bear headquarters directly, but never received a call back, so I decided to come into the local store, and I'm so glad I did. The girl that was working was so sweet and immediately tried to fix our bad order. She was apologetic (and sincere) and just wanted to make things right.
  
  I'll say this: I'll probably never again order from Build-A-Bear online. But I will definitely return to this store.

  Such caring staff ! My daughter wanted to build a bear for her birthday and they made sure to also include my son and gave them both a wonderful experience. They take their time and really care about the child’s happiness. Thank you guys for such a wonderful time ! ( we had the Batman and Moana themed bears)

  After having so many positive experiences here in the past, we decided to have my daughter’s 5th birthday party at this location. The staff (Pawlette, Madison and Bella) and manager (Dalton) were so helpful and even jumped through some hoops to make the most of our party. They were quick to come to the rescue when I couldn’t book the party online or through customer service, and even offered to do something extra to make the birthday girl feel super special. Great job everyone! She was so happy and said to everyone “this is the best birthday ever!”

  When I was a kid build a bear was an experience where they had you play with the little hearts and interacted with the kids. Now it’s just a place to buy expensive bears I was disappointed when taking my daughter that the staff didn’t talk to us just stuffed our bears and handed them back. I get that you might not love your jobs but for people who can’t afford this kind of thing all the times it would be nice if they acted more cheerful and fun so the kids have awesome memories.

  Very friendly, helpful, calm staff. Clean welcoming store
