“What works: In office Enterprise staff were great!
What can be improved: I need two keys for a road trip. My spouse and I like to divide and conquer and meet back at the car. This was impossible with 1 key as we didn't know which of us would be back to the car 1st. Restroom/fuel stops took us twice as long. We also prefer an option for toll pass/enterprise plate is locked and we were not able to register the plate. Most states no longer offer a cash toll leaving us with no option but to wait for a future bill.”
“I went to the 25th and State St. Erie, PA location. It was really easy and everyone I dealt with was really nice and extremely helpful. The guy who picked me up was on time & really friendly. I got put in a 2023 Jeep Renegade. Absolutely loved that rental! If it makes a difference I went through my insurance and then kept the car longer out of pocket.”

“Writing this review as a huge shout out to, Jamie. She went above and beyond our, or anyone’s expectations a few days ago. Storm rolled in canceling flights and no car rentals available. Jamie somehow made some magic happen and was able to get us a car when we had no hope of getting one. Did I also mention she did this as she was locking up to leave for the day? Customer service 100/100 with her. Polite, helpful, and a hero….just a true human helping other human in distress moment”
