“I went to the 25th and State St. Erie, PA location. It was really easy and everyone I dealt with was really nice and extremely helpful. The guy who picked me up was on time & really friendly. I got put in a 2023 Jeep Renegade. Absolutely loved that rental! If it makes a difference I went through my insurance and then kept the car longer out of pocket.”

“Erie PA has several locations for Enterprise rental cars, but you can ONLY get a one way rental at the airport, which is on the extreme western side of city and definitely not convenient for members who are paying customers.”

I rent a lot from airports which are completely automated and I typically cringe when I need to rent from an off-airport location because the experience can be so varied. “Writing this review as a huge shout out to, Jamie. She went above and beyond our, or anyone’s expectations a few days ago. Storm rolled in canceling flights and no car rentals available. Jamie somehow made some magic happen and was able to get us a car when we had no hope of getting one. Did I also mention she did this as she was locking up to leave for the day? Customer service 100/100 with her. Polite, helpful, and a hero….just a true human helping other human in distress moment”
