“Just went to Boscovs to pick up a fund raiser kit for youth leadership non profit. Boscovs will allow all non profits to sell a ticket to shop on Oct 18th from 8am to 11pm and it will be closed to the public for people to shop at 25 percent off.The store was very large. Very clean. Multiple people shopping on a Thursday afternoon. Prices were a little steep for people on a budget but it's quality. The 2 people I stopped to ask for directions were pleasant.Downside customer service was not easy to get to if you are disabled unless you're in a wheelchair.”

“I love going shopping at Ross! It's honestly like a giant thrift store. Everything is neatly organized and for the most part, the prices seems very affordable, however, the prices vary.”

“Since this "HomeGoods" store did not have any Yelp reviews, I figure why not be the first to represent its one and only Erie, PA store. This particular location is at the Millcreek Pavilion shopping center on Interchange Rd. and directly off of I-79. The building itself neighbors a Ross and Michaels as well as many other retail stores and restaurants in this area. Parking can be fairly easy no matter what time of day or evening you come. They also have very respectable hours being open Monday-Thursday from 9:30am-9:30pm, Friday from 9:30am-10:00pm, and Sunday from 11:00am-8:00pm. As many people know, HomeGoods is also part of TJX who also operate TJ Maxx and Marshall's stores around the United States, Canada, and even some European countries. HomeGoods mainly focuses on small furniture items, linens/bedding, cooking products, ceramic dinnerware, lighting, art, area rugs and other home accessories including candles, perishable food items, pet accessories, and bath decor. During my visit which was on the evening of Friday 9/15/2023 at around 8:00pm, the Erie, PA location had a decent amount of customers while the store itself was very well stocked. One employee was organizing pillows while another was sweeping the floor. I did also witness several sales associates ringing customers up as the line moved rather quickly. Again, many retail stores including this "HomeGoods" can be very busy depending on the time of day you shop. They also carry quite a bit of seasonal items to spruce up your home; autumn/Halloween from Sep-Nov, Christmas from Nov-Dec, so on and so forth. With that said and done, I am giving this store an above average four-star rating.”

“First time in this place; unfortunately I’d have to say I was expecting more. The prices were good, there was a decent amount of inventory but there was a lot of stuff just everywhere. The store looked bigger than it actually was.

I’ve seen many posts only where people find sports jerseys for very good prices. I did not find anything of the sort. There were a few fake soccer jerseys but these are name brands that I’ve seen people find.

Didn’t find exactly what I was hoping for but again the prices on the stuff that was there was pretty good so I’m sure others would have different experiences.”

“I called here to exchange a suit coat for a smaller size. I didn't have the receipt as I had received it as a gift. The staff were very helpful and I was able to make the exchange very quickly and even got a better deal on the suit coat.
Would recomend to anyone looking for quality mensware.”

“One of, if not the best, Dollar store I've come across. Wide aisles, clean, and well stocked. The manager John is so kind and helpful, and have had good interactions with all staff members there. My go-to dollar store for all quick needs.”

“I found the signs above and along the clothing hard to read and know which item the sign belonged to and what the price was. Also not crazy about the new check out. The Cashier, Connie, was amazing.”

“Checked to see if they possibly had some Halloween deals, low and behold they did and I got a great deal on a haunted tree set lights and sounds 75% off, also the last time I was there I checked out the Christmas decor, I saw these solar window Rudolph and Frosty's, there was 1 Rudolph and multiple Frosty's, I went to the back of the store to look at a few Halloween items and when I went back no Rudolph, Sheesh! So I bought a Frosty, as I was walking to the cashier I noticed a type of castle, there was only one left and I've been looking for one for awhile, what luck, pressed the button and it was great, sounds and lights, perfect, I left happy ?. Now back to today, before I left with my tree set I checked out the Christmas decor just for the heck of it and I'm glad I did because they restocked and YES there it was Rudolph, grabbed it and cashed out. I happened to be out and about today and before I went home I took a shot and it paid off turning it into another enjoyable experience at Big Lots.”

“Rally surprised when I walked in. A lot of downtown stores are midheaven and disorganized. Totally the opposite. Everything was lined and shelved well, and they had a good amount of products to choose from. It was decently warm inside as well.”

“Love the place, it's clean, staff is friendly, and the selections are fantastic, BUT I won't go back until the company reinstates their DEI initiatives again. Its disappointing.”

“Since remodeled hard time finding what I'm looking for.
Do like self checkout so I can bag it all cold stuff together. Kitchen stuff, bathroom items. In their own bags.”

“Decent prices and okay selection. Not so great location sometimes. A lot of people hang out that I don't care for. Never had anything happen but, I dont like the area. Store is great though.”

“For some reason this Walmart has a more chaotic energy than any of the other Erie Walmart stores. Anxiety rushes me as soon as I enter the parking lot where a majority of the drivers are distracted and or speeding.
Otherwise, the store and staff have improved. They are being worked really hard, but will still help you if you ask. This location could use a better selection when it comes to most in-store items, especially produce. I find myself always shopping at Harborcreek Walmart for the products that I want, and I live closer to Elm Street.
The customers that frequent this Walmart are usually in a hurry, and it is extremely crowded around dinner time and right before Walmart closes at 11pm. The pictures I shared of the carts at night's end might help illustrate what the Elm Street Walmart employees have to have before they go home or right as they come on to their shift at 11pm.
Overall, Elm Street has a greatly improved atmosphere, and is a very easy store to do some quick shopping in.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mikaylah at Claire’s in the Millcreek Mall. She was absolutely amazing with my 6-year-old daughter, who was terrified to get her ears repierced after a traumatic experience over a year ago.

From the moment we walked in, Mikaylah made her feel safe, comfortable, and in control. She took the time to talk with her about all her favorite things to help take her mind off the piercing, and it worked like magic. Mikaylah was kind, patient, gentle, and incredibly professional—you could tell she genuinely cared and took pride in what she does.

As a business owner myself, I strive to find employees like Mikaylah—people who lead with empathy, prioritize the customer experience, and bring a warm, personal touch to every interaction. She turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something my daughter will remember as empowering and positive.

If you're considering getting your child’s ears pierced, please go see Mikaylah at Claire’s in the Millcreek Mall. She’s truly exceptional. Thank you so much, Mikaylah—you made a big difference for our family! ??”
