Customer service is great, with friendly, informative, and prompt staff who are a true asset. They handle everything, including the rental car and insurance company, making the whole experience seamless and absolutely pleasant. Communication is great throughout the whole process. The location is convenient south of Erie off Route 8. Upon pickup, the car is left clean and the repairs are done very well. Customers are super impressed and would not take their car anywhere else, highly recommending this business to friends and family.

Deutsch auto body did an amazing job repairing the body damage to my car. They dealt with the insurance company and rental agency making the whole experience stress free. Communication was on point! I despise being left in the dark wondering, but they communicated everything including updates!
