ERIEBANK is a very clean and quiet bank. The people are very kind, helpful, and nice. They greet customers when they come in. The service is fantastic and definitely five stars, making some think about switching banks. However, it is a shame they do not have an ATM in the lobby; you have to go outside to use the one in the drive thru. They also do not have a mobile banking app, which is a factor for some considering a switch.
I'm greeted pleasantly when I go in. Very clean and great customer service.

I went in to pay my rent. The people at Erie Bank were very kind and helpful. It's just a shame that they don't have an ATM in the lobby. You have to go outside to use the one in the drive thru. If they would get a mobile banking ap I'd switch banks.
