“We have been coming to this location for YEARS, maybe 15? I’ve lost count. Anyway, we love the personal service and being able to ask questions, have things serviced, transfer data, etc. in person. We started with fairly basic phones and always got clear answers about how models compared, never feeling pushed to agree to more than we wanted. So many of the employees have been here for as long as we can remember, so that suggests the company must treat them well. Our current family plan doesn’t exist anymore, but they always find ways to include us in offers that might apply to us and let us know what changes would or wouldn’t be helpful for us. Even when we have to wait we have always been treated well. We recently tried the newer branch on West 12th Street and found good service there as well. Thanks for being there, T-Mobile shop!”
“I had an issue with my phone not charging and was scared that the store was going to try to get me to buy a new phone. Not this store, Camren had my phone fixed in 5 minutes flat. This interaction was one of the best I have had in a Verizon store. My man needs a raise and all stores need this kind of customer service. Highly recommend this location”
“Jeff, Manager, and his staff are both attentive & knowledgeable. Jeff’s customer service skills, VZW knowledge, and willingness to find the correct solution for the customer is at or exceeds those found in major metropolitan areas of the country. Erie is very lucky to have Jeff and his team to help. Not only are they good with “people in the know” but, and more importantly, are patient and caring for those who may not be technically inclined and the elderly from what I have witnessed while in the store. Hats off to Jeff and his amazing team!!!!”
“After a wait I was taking care of by one of their reps. I was turning in some equipment that went pretty smoothly. However when I ask about purchasing a new phone because I am a Spectrum mobile customer I was told that I have to have Spectrum internet or they won't sell me a phone which makes no sense. I was also told that my Spectrum Mobile bill is now going to go up $10 because I canceled my Spectrum internet. I was not told that when I subscribe to Spectrum mobile. So if that occurs I may be looking for another provider.”

I have worked in customer service and management my whole life and they went above and beyond. This day and age customers service does really matter and they exceeded it!
