We had an issue and could not keep our reservation, and Rob was more than kind and professional. He worked with us and helped us make arrangements that satisfied both of us. Although we did not stay at the motel, we recommend it because of Rob's excellent customer service!

No hot water, door handles and locks do not work correctly. Was actually locked in my room and the locked out. Had to twist the handle upside down. Told the front desk. They said Oh! No lids for coffee, had to travel so that did not work. Will not stay there again. Absolutely no extras at all
