“This hotel, venue, site, management, staff, and local restaurants are as good as it gets! I’ve spent way more money for a fraction of the satisfaction. Easy 5 of 5 stars.”

“We found ourselves looking for a hotel room at 5am close to Hamot where we found ourselves after a family emergency. Other hotels had locked doors or sketchy service. The Sheraton invited us in with a friendly and helpful attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile to assist us during our time of need. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the coffee was excellent. We’ll be staying at the Bayfront Sheraton for all our Erie trips from now on.”

“The location is right off the hwy. The GM met me at the front desk and rapidly got me the perfect room on the opposite side from the hwy noise. She also assisted me with a great recommendation for dinner. The washing machine ate my quarters, she personally checked on it and gave me back my quarters. I am shocked. This is above and beyond service. Our room was clean and quiet. I am happy that everything has gone perfectly. Thank you to the nice staff. :)”

“This is a hotel you can stay in. In the summer the hotel has a restaurant called Oliver's and they have a beer garden and the restaurant is on the top floor over looking the lake. Also there is a museum next ”

“We knew we needed a place to stay around Erie. Found this place on google maps, called ahead, and got a room. Check in was easy. The room was dated but clean. The motel still uses actual metal keys, which I love. We had no issues and would stay again.”

“I was extremely happy with this visit. The view while eating was very nice and romantic. There's ducks in the water. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it. The spinach and artichoke dip was very fine and shredded but fabulous. The Pepsi was crisp. My pasta was so flavorful. My boyfriend said it was orgasmic.”

“We recently stayed for six nights and we were not disappointed. The hotel is under new ownership and they are working hard to make necessary updates. Our room was just fine. New locks on all doors and new heating/ac units are the latest updates. The staff is SO friendly and helpful. They are all team players and are proud of their hotel. They made us feel as we were the only guests! Of note, are the housekeeping and front desk people who went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable. A decent breakfast is offered each morning with a variety of choices as well as coffee and tea available 24 hours in the comfortable lobby! The hotel was in a perfect location, near just about everything. We will definitely be staying again!”
