Manager doesn't abide by product warranty and demands you call the manufacturer to return an item even when the warranty states " return to distributor". She had an abrasive demeanor about it for no reason. I was cheerfully polite ( and a bit confused ) and this lady couldn't even smile , didn't say "sorry I can't help" or " have a nice day " just rude without provocation.
P.s. I also needed to buy cat litter but I'll just leave and go to a pet store that feels a little less hostile like Walmart I guess....

Apparently.. they have workers there who hangs up on u after getting a bit smart with u because u accidentally pressed # twice instead of grooming then asking to be transferred to grooming please… she has a disrespectful tone then says hold on and hangs up.. I CALL AGAIN just to see she did it purposely and she lets the phone ring constantly… I call again from a second phone number right after and she answers on time …. Yea, I will be looking for a new groomer soon because who do she think she is representing like that there?? Yea, this happened Dec 20th at 3:27pm - 3:33pm and I don’t care if she reads this. I made a mistake not hearing grooming so she could have directed me accordingly and professionally. I spend which now will switch to SPENT to much money in there for her to be hanging up on people intentionally. I did retail and know when employees giving attitude to hang up move… Straight 🚮

Two different orders placed with this store. The first was soft dog food in small plastic containers. They were simply tossed into a very large box with no care in packaging. Several ruptured during shipping causing a pretty ugly mess. Zero Compensation after speaking with customer service. The second (and last order) I ordered canned dog food. It was shipped in the same lazy manner. 24 cans haphazardly thrown into a very large box with absolutley no packaging material. They arrived all dented. Every single can dented. Customer service from tamara resulted in a brief email stating how happy she was to help me, but did nothing. Again, lazy customer service...Beware anyone from ordering from this place. You will receive zero compensation even though they destroy the property you purchase from laziness.

Okay so first the 1 star is because I came here to buy some fish and there was a lady there who asked if we needed help we told her yeah but take your time. Well she came over and came off as friendly until we picked out some comet Goldie’s and a black Molly. This woman there threw the fish around in the bag rolled it up and twisted and practically threw the bag around. Didn’t handle with care and to make it worse the fish sat still from being stressed out that’s not how you handle fish in any way it’s an absolute disgrace. The other parts of the store were nice especially where they house the cats. But like I said I can’t get over the fact that lady did that to my fish she needs to never handle fish again.

I went in today and my friend was inquiring about adopting a cat . both managers Bryan and Pamela were extremely rude to myself and my friend. We then had to call the Anna shelter to let them know the issues they were giving us and they said they were so sorry . Pamela then tried to tell us we needed to show them the deed for her house which is not true what so ever . The manager Bryan was extremely rude and not even approachable this is the second encounter we had with him and he was nothing but nasty each time . We then went up to one of the other workers whom had always been helpful and we gave her a run down on what the Anna shelter said . We honestly just wanted to pet the cat and say goodbye before leaving the store . She allowed us to do so . Then the manager Pamela came back and goes “I have already spoke with them and they need to wait for her grandmother to be here” which again we already knew this we were just trying to see the cat not behind the cage since she seemed a little timid . 100% don’t recommend going in there prices are terrible and customer service is absolutely awful . They are too old to be acting as if they are in highschool and “to cool” . - shyann Vera

Not even worth one star but whatever. Good luck trying to adopt through them, tried to ask for the deed to the house which they DO NOT need. Went back after I talked to the Anna Shelter directly trying to figure it all out so I had went back in with my friend to see the kitten again and pet her then proceeded to get yelled at by a manager, Pamala, saying they had already talked to me about everything even though I was just petting the kitten. Other manager there, Bryan, was also extremely rude to my friend and her husband who were with me and just kept repeated the same thing over and over without giving any answer to the question. Poor animals in there are always sick and never last long, I highly don’t recommend going in there.

Bad experience at store this afternoon. I had a return..
Of course I had to wait in crowded check-out because no dedicated area. BTW, check out is also order pick up.
So I waited. 2nd customer in had an issue ( her discount wasn't applied) & the manager had to be called, & he had to re ring whole order
oh., & said customer proceeded to inquire about walk- in grooming sign.
THEN, another cashier opens but, hey don't bother to take me. 2 others behind me checked out before me in that line before manager & clerk could fix register screw-up.
When I said something about that, I got a smart crack remarks from both the manager & clerk to affect of' :
" I could have jumped over there.!"
Poor customer relating!!
To make matters worse...don't expect to get reward credit refunded! All In all, I wasted 20 mins to get rudely treated.
Forget you Petsmart.
It's smarter to shop elsewhere.

Decent large pet store. Prices are high and mobile website is incredibly bad, especially when it comes to to placing an order or managing an autoship order.

Found the dog food that I was looking for at the back of the store. Had all the flavors. They don't have electronic carts so if you need that you should call in your order and do curbside pickup. The store is clean and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly.
