PetSmart is a large retailer with an enormous amount of great items for pets, including dog food, fish, birds, and crickets. The store is clean and reasonably priced, though some things are a little pricey. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, assisting new pet owners in finding what they need. However, service can be inconsistent; it sometimes takes a long time to find an employee for help with live animals, and on occasion staff can be grumpy. The store does not have electronic carts, so curbside pickup is recommended for those who need it.
The training classes at Petsmart in Erie are TOP NOTCH! Destiny K. is truly an AMAZING dog trainer. Got grass fleas or need kitty litter, then this is the place to go. They have everything I need to take care of our fur babies

I love this store this is the only pet store I shop at the workers are knowledgeable in what they are selling and they are organized and super friendly and the store is clean
