The owner was fantastic, and made both the move-in and move-out effortless. During the few months that we rented the unit, there were some very severe storms. The unit stayed completely dry, and bug-and-pest-free. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!”

“I am the owner of the ministorage and my name is Seth Tuttle. The previous post was posted by a customer who lost her case in court. She did not pay her rent and she took us to court and claimed we never tried to contact her. In the hearing we produced phone records that proved we had attepted to reach her over 20 times and left messages (the time for each call was posted and we recorded the messages). The case was thrown out of court. She omits those facts and presents false claims againt us. Notice she leaves no contact information and while in court she could not prove that she was able to pay her rent. This is a well run business that has been in existance over 30 years. While I feel sorry for her there is not any way we can store belongings for free. Obviously a case of sour grapes.”
“I'm not sure who the guy was who helped me last week, they were all awesome but one guy was super helpful! I went in to get boxes to make a staircase slide for my kids, the boxes wouldn't fit into my car (of course) and he stood outside in the freezing cold weather getting them into my trunk and using rope to tie it down so I could get home with them! He had a great attitude and unfortunately in any type of costumer service that's hard to find anymore! Also the staircase slide was a hit, we had extra boxes (too many ?) and also built cardboard forts, 3 of them lol.”
