“This is a new UPS store on upper peach street across the street from sterling square medical offices. Got lost looking for it lol. Very friendly staff. The only downfall is the parking lot. It’s small, and also shared with two other businesses so it gets kinda crowded parking wise, but otherwise it’s very close to my house so that’s convenient!”

“I almost kept driving by when I saw the place but I figured I'd at least stop in and see what they had to offer. I was looking for a place to have packages shipped to and didn't want to spend what the big brown place wants to charge. The lady was very helpful in getting me set up with a residential postal address and the ability to have packages sent there. It is exactly what I was looking for at a price I could afford. So far so good...Thank you Pony Express!!”

However, after applying online and paying the fee, a message said that I needed to phone them to complete the process. After over 15 unanswered calls, I went in person to FedEx, and, the manager had a direct number call, and I finally completed the process. So, only because of the courtesy and professionalism of the manager, was I finally to complete the process.This was at the Peach Street Erie, PA location”
