“An hour and a half wait to return equipment at Spectrum. 3:57 PM on Saturday and I pull in the parking lot of the UPS Store. It was then that I realized that they were about to close. Even so - I was met with a smile and informed that they would be glad to help. GLAD TO HELP! I was already wrapped in stress and really wanted to get this task done and the UPS Store helped me to do it. PLEASE make sure to thank the staff working here. Friendly service, CLEAN store, easy parking right out front. I highly recommend this UPS store.”

“I used the FedEx allied partner Rushmypassport to expedite my US passport renewal. However, after applying online and paying the fee, a message said that I needed to phone them to complete the process. After over 15 unanswered calls, I went in person to FedEx, and, the manager had a direct number call, and I finally completed the process. So, only because of the courtesy and professionalism of the manager, was I finally to complete the process.This was at the Peach Street Erie, PA location”
“I needed packing tape to mail my package so I went into the location to buy it. I was going to have to take it back to the car to finish putting that label on the package but the FedEx clerk said that she would tape it for me with their supplies! Saved me about $8!”

“Excellent service. I first asked their competitor UPS how much to receive a package for me they said i'd need to get a mailbox and pay $100 for a 3-month minimum. Ouch! When I called Erie P&S they said no prob, $8 per day once they get the package until I get it. Much better! But then when I wanted the package to be mailed to me they wanted to WAIVE the $8 fee and just charge me for the FedEx because they were worried that sending it through regular mail won't get to me on time. But I insisted on paying the extra $8. But they didn't want to charge it, so we settled on me paying only $4 for them to receive the package 😄 Very honest and nice people and highly recommended!”
