“This was my first time ordering a sign, they came out to see how it would mount and they helped me figure out exactly what I needed in terms of the size and thickness. Only took maybe a week to make and install it. Charged me only a quarter of what I was quoted by competitors and I never disclosed the numbers. I appreciate how straightforward the whole process was and that they didn’t bother to haggle me into a giant thick sign that was specifically designed for weather, so it would cost extra. Some places truly had me asking myself If I really needed a sign that badly. I’d recommend signs 4 less Erie to any friends or family in need of a sign. Thank you John and Debbie.”

“Earlier today, I had the pleasure of doing business at Copyright Printing and Graphics. Today is New Year's Eve, and I am a private event bartender. I am bartending a private event tonight. The events I work are my best opportunity to promote myself and acquire new business. Yesterday afternoon, I realized I was out of business cards. First thing today, I settled in to start the process of calling printing places until I found someone open, and willing to print me business cards on the fly. CP&G answered the call after two rings, pleasantly accepted the job even though it was a small order, and provided clear instructions for sending the PNG and picking up the order. There was no inflated price for a last minute, small order and the total cost was a significantly less than what the big places were charging. The process was a pleasure beginning to end, and it seems safe to say that this is simply the way they do business.”

“An hour and a half wait to return equipment at Spectrum. 3:57 PM on Saturday and I pull in the parking lot of the UPS Store. It was then that I realized that they were about to close. Even so - I was met with a smile and informed that they would be glad to help. GLAD TO HELP! I was already wrapped in stress and really wanted to get this task done and the UPS Store helped me to do it. PLEASE make sure to thank the staff working here. Friendly service, CLEAN store, easy parking right out front. I highly recommend this UPS store.”

“I used the FedEx allied partner Rushmypassport to expedite my US passport renewal. However, after applying online and paying the fee, a message said that I needed to phone them to complete the process. After over 15 unanswered calls, I went in person to FedEx, and, the manager had a direct number call, and I finally completed the process. So, only because of the courtesy and professionalism of the manager, was I finally to complete the process.This was at the Peach Street Erie, PA location”
