The 38th street location is poorly managed. I much prefer either of the other 2 locations although they are not as close nor convenient.

Make a purchase outside of the country, their racist fraud protection services will block your card daily, forcing you to contacting them everyday and say you approved the purchase. Which takes away the ability to gain access to your property as they hold it under thier own embargo. Horrible company

Don't be an educator and need a credit builder loan! Just because I don't work 12 months out of the year, due to the summer months, you don't qualify! Plus, knowing that I owe the credit builder loan, I could work at a different program during the summer or pay it off during income tax! Over 20 years of being a member...it's about time I take my business elsewhere!

Widget credit union served my banking needs for two decades. I recommend them for personal checking, savings, & lines of credit. They are friendly and efficient. Five stars!

I have been with Widget Financial since July 15th and I love them!I have the Getcash Card, Share Savings, and a Special Savings!This branch has some kind employees, and it's always a pleasure going inside to deposit cash!Great local credit union! ?

If I could give NO STARS, I would. This place is ridiculous. They are so quick to give you the runaround and EXCUSES. When mistakes are made on their behalf, they do nothing but apologize. What is that going to do? Nothing at all. Fix your mistakes. This is the adult world, not play land. When you make a mistake, fix it.

I wasn't exactly thrilled when I learned that my credit union, the Erie General Electric Federal Credit Union, had been purchased by a Texas company known as widget. I was not happy at all by the changes that followed. I would have closed all accounts and found a financial institution that suited me if it were not for the people that had served me well for years. Such as Brenda at West 26th Street for any type of technical issues. Quality of service the expertise and knowledge that she showed and the way she actually cared about her clients. Melinda on East Lake Road. How she would address every client and every account as if it meant as much to her as it did to the client themselves. They are why I stayed after the transition. They are who took the time to make sure that my needs were taken care of. And for years there was never an issue. Until recently, and not through the fault of widget but the accounting department of another company and once again it was the person who went above and beyond to help me through this. This credit belongs to the card specialist on East Lake Road, thank you again Cindi.
