“I had a ceramic coating and ceramic tint done on my 24 Subaru Impreza.The owner is very upfront and honest, excellent communication. Shop is clean and staff was friendly and professional.John was very upfront about pricing and talked me through the process (I was unfamiliar with ceramic coatings), no sales pitch, just the facts.They had my car for about 4 days, dropped off Monday morning and picked up Friday afternoon. This was exactly as expected and seems to be the standard for ceramic coating.After picking up my car I was BLOWN AWAY. They did some paint correction as well which made my already brand new car somehow look EVEN BETTER. The ceramic looks great and now that I can wash it, I can tell you that it does exactly what it says on the tin: crazy shine, great water beading, and it is very easy to wash.Alex did my tint, he did an excellent job as well. No scratches or any other blemishes in the tint film he applied, whole window is covered. Ceramic tint looks great and does a great job at rejecting heat.My ONLY complaint is that there was some streaking from the soapy water used to apply the tint on my interior door trim. This was easy enough to get off with a damp microfiber towel, but I probably shouldn't have to do that myself. Again, that was my only complaint and admittedly it's a very minor issue.Future Image is a great local shop, and I would do business with them again. 10/10.”
“After trying 2 other tow places to no avail, I called Hutch & he had a truck at my home in less than 10mins to tow my vehicle out to the dealership. My family has gone to Hutch for many services over the years & he's always been great. Very personable, quick, straightforward about everything & just overall a nice guy. I recommend Hutch to anyone, especially if you're sick of playing phone tag, or just not getting results from other mechanics/ tow places. You won't be disappointed. Thanks so much Hutch!”

“John at Pgh Collision is caring, accommodating and helpful. We just got done with a completed job and are extremely happy. John noticed a repair part was scuffed after he had re-pin-striped our entire 2018 Cherokee. He asked us to bring it in again to replace it, because he does quality work it only took 10 minutes after the part arrived for a completely finished job. We were happy to schedule dropping off the vehicle after work, and John waited for us at the shop plus he was able to leave the vehicle outside for us to pick it up conveniently after our car was done, "so" accommodating! “They picked up my car from an accident. Went to get my stuff for it to go to total yard. Receptionist was a very nice down to earth ginger lady. Maybe the owners wife? Just an assumption. They are holding my Bluetooth obd device I left in the car. Excellent environment with drinks provided. You could not ask for more from a towing and collision center. Most are mom and pops you pay the bill in their small garage office if they have one. Not here. Would recommend to anyone.”
“My previous body shop closed and I was frantic when my SUV needed repairs after it was hit while parked in a downtown garage. My insurance company suggested Centerline and after reading the reviews, I had them schedule me for an estimate. I was shocked when I learned that the tech, Tyler, performing the inspection would also be responsible for repairs. You don't get that kind of knowledge from the dealerships or the "chain" shops!During the inspection, Joe also came out to take a look at my SUV. I expressed how irritating it was that the sensor on my back bumper was continuously beeping like I was going to run over an entire playground of preschoolers ever since my vehicle was hit. Joe, being from a Toyota loving family as well, got down on the GRAVEL and was able to pop out the sensor so I didn't have to get driven insane while I was waiting for my repair appointment!Seriously, these guys are amazing. From Mandy at the front desk being so upbeat and ready to chat when I walked in the door to the day I picked up my truck - Tyler offered to stay a few minutes so I could pick up my baby same day - this was hands down the best experience I've ever had with vehicle repairs.Tell your friends!
