“My Expedition overheated and dumped all its coolant late afternoon on a Friday on a road trip. We were able to call the shop and they said they would stay late and work on it to get us back on the road. We filled it with water and limped it 4 miles to their shop. They had it fixed and us back on the road by 8pm! We were fully expecting to be stranded in a hotel for the weekend and were very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this shop! Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and very reasonable!”
“Laurel Auto Body just saved me nearly $500.I took my car somewhere else to be inspected, and they told me the reason my car was rattling was the rear shocks, and asked for $500+ to fix them.I took my car to Laurel Auto Body instead, and they figured out the issue was just that a bolt needed replaced, and only charged about $40 for the fix.”

“I don’t write reviews much but feel like this place deserves one. They got me in for an estimate only a few days after I got into a car accident and completed repairs in less than a week. They were even done a week sooner than they originally predicted. Made my rental process easy, insurance was a breeze. Jesse was great - communicative and straightforward. The woman at the front desk (I forget her name) was very sweet and super helpful. The team that worked on my car did a remarkable job. They even detailed the inside and outside, which I wasn’t expecting. John’s memory is being honoured by the team working here. Very grateful. Very satisfied.”

Although it took longer than expected due to part issues, I couldn't have been happier with the results. The finished paint job was amazing. He is meticulous when it comes to details, which is a rare quantity to find. He even called the next day to make sure everything worked as it should. I would give him 10 stars if I could.”

“I was told not to share the secret of Brunner's garage by the owner, Mike and his receptionist (grand-daughter), for fear of the garage being over run by customers when I said that this wonderful garage should be advertised on the 'Internet and TV. I stumbled upon this gem through Duke's Tires a couple of blocks away in SouthSide. I was in and out of the garage even though Brunner's was short employees just for the day. Now that's professionalism with a 'neighborhood touch'!!!”
