“Both Troy and Jordan are AMAZING! And will do anything to help you out! I had to spend a bit of time at the store one night because my new phone took a while to copy over from my old phone and got to witness Troy go above and beyond with his customers... and several times there were situations that I would've just said "sorry, can't help you"... but he found a way to help, at personal sacrifice to himself. I was very impressed to say the least. I'm a new Verizon phone customer, so I can't say too much about my phone service yet, but I will praise these guys at this store up and down. And this store is open an hour later than the other Verizon store in Monroeville... so you want to come here, without a doubt! They have won my loyalty, for sure!!”

“My family and I went to the North Versailles AT&T store on 10/14/23. We have been with Verizon for 20 years. My husband and I had iPhone 7s and my son an 11. Verizon was no help to us even though we have been their customers for so many years. My husband had called AT&T and spoke with someone. We decided to just go to the store and see if we can get a better deal with a different carrier. We met Christian. He was very kind and very helpful. He figured out the best deal he could for us and took his time helping us and answering any questions we had. He was even able to get us a discount through the type of occupation I had. We left there with three new phones, 2 iPhon e 14 pro max, and 1 iPhone 14. I suggest if you are looking to switch phone carriers to go with AT&T and to go to their store in North Versailles. I was taken care of by Joshua D.I rushed in 3-5 minutes before closing time because I had broken my phone and needed a new one asap. Even though we were cutting it close, Joshua STILL tended to me when he could’ve easily refused service. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind, he got me set up with my new phone in no time! We were having some trouble accessing my cricket account but Joshua made sure that I was able to open up a new account! “I won a free computer by participating in their lottery and when I went to pick it up, there were signs that led me where I needed to go. Also google maps. It's kind of tucked away but it's not hard to miss if you look out for the signs. I received a computer, keyboard, mouse with all of their cords as well as a how to set it up paper with everything in amazing condition. The two men there were very kind and welcoming and helpful. I have to make a day to go volunteer which you can also do on their website.”
