“My wife called in concern of not receiving mail after almost two months of doing a stop of mail at the old address and change of address for the new one. The gentleman we spoke with was beyond proficient in his area of expertise and got to the bottom of it within minutes. He was super professional, understood every concern of ours, and took the best care I feel could be given and represented by the USPS. Highly satisfied with the customer service we received, I forget the gentleman's name but he's been there 30+ years and he is fantastic.”

“Top notch all the way. Professional planning and pickup and crating and shipping. All good. Updates along the way with tracking. Quality of the crating was over the top. Driver put it right where I asked. And it all came apart neatly with a power screwdriver - no crowbar and hammer. First time dealing with these folks and could not have been more pleased. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and you will have no issues.”

“One of the services Staples provides is Blueprint copy reproduction. You can order your prints online and pick them up the next day. I have used Staples for this many times and the blueprints are always done exactly the way I ordered them and on time. This is a service not just something you pick up and buy. I can always count on Staples friendly and professional service and a neat and well kept store.”

“I had a large -50” long- 25” tall metal wall hanging that belonged to my late Mom that I needed to have shipped from PA to CA. It was looking like it could not happen. It was too large, & oddly shaped. This Butler UPS store made a box, & expertly packed, & shipped it to me! It arrived on time, & in perfect shape! (Another store said they could not provide a box- we would have to provide it.) I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate their expert packing, & handling of this wall hanging, it means a lot to me. I would highly recommend this store, for going above and beyond!”
