“I have NEVER had a rude person at this post office! I am treated very well when I go in there, and have never seen the place a mess as the one person claimed. Keep up the good work”

“We had an appointment to get 2 of our children passports at the Latrobe location on a Saturday at 9am. At 8:30 that location called us and told us they couldn’t keep our appointment because they lacked staff. I ended up calling Connellsville and they told us to come to their location and they would help us out. We’re very thankful for this because our time is quite limited, especially with 3 kids. Not having to reschedule was a huge plus. We got there around 9 and the whole process only took 20 minutes. The girl that helped us was extremely nice and helpful. We’re very thankful that they were able to help us. They were also very kind and helpful.”
