“Montage Tobacco Co. is one of the best places to buy cigars in the area. Not because of the decent selection and competitive pricing (though those are fantastic) but because of the great customer service and their general knowledge about cigars. I’ve been to quite a few cigar bars and tobacco stores in the area and beyond that know less about cigars than me, and that isn’t the case here. Would definitely recommend stopping in!”

“Such a great place to just hang out with the buds. Heff, the owner, was very accommodating and even let us crash there for the night. Not a lot of chips to choose from but boy are the beers cold. It looks like a normal house but all you have to do is walk right through the front door and be ready for the experience of a lifetime.”

“I’ve always had a good experience here. The lounge is very comfy. The staff is always chill and easy to talk to. Love playing a couple games of chess with wifey whilst having a cigar. Not sure why people are complaining about the measly 5 dollar lounge fee. It’s a common practice for one. These spaces could be walk in humidors and extra display space. Instead it’s a very comfy area with ridiculously good smoke eaters running with a clean restroom and seats that beg you to take a nap (and I sometimes do lol) And for two, 5 dollars? Most decent sticks you smoke are more than that. If that’s a deal breaker take your cigar home and smoke it in your own lounge.”

“I’m leaving a review for an amazing employee who helped me while visiting my family in Wilkes Barre PaHer name is Mary Cullum and I was so impressed with her performance/ personality and helpfulness that I promised myself to take the time to write one because it’s not every day we meet such amazing people that do that anymore!I live in another state and visited the store for cigarettes and cigars for my husband but bought more because she was super knowledgeable about so much in the store.Listen, a warm personality and beautiful smile means the world to me and I didn’t feel like I was a bother while she was helping me !I can’t wait to come back to visit again and most definitely will be coming back and hopefully will see Mary again !Thanks sweetie for my experience because I truly appreciate it !”
“Let me say something if your going to try to make someone lose there job or scare someone because he didn’t sell you anything because your underage or have your sister in you car he isn’t creeping he’s making sure your not buying for miners and second if he is doing stuff to your daughter for free vapes then why are you leaving a review knowing that’s not gonna do anything if it was true which it’s not and I was the parent I wouldn’t be leaving reviews I would be going over there by myself or with the cops and getting that settled and that’s how I can just say a lot of those reviews about Joe are wrong and I hope all of you can see That all of those are false accusations”

“I should have posted a review a while ago & never really got around to it. I have been visiting the Coal City store in Scranton for well over a year before the pandemic started. Unfortunately, that store is closed until repairs on the building is made but Jay, the owner is one great guy. Very down to earth & he will go out of his way to help you and the employees he hires is also great. They really make you feel at home and very nice girls he has working for him. I haven't been to the Exeter location yet but will hopefully get there this weekend sometime. I would rather drive 30 minutes to get great customer service than to go to a place locally & have no idea what I am getting. Thank you Jay!”
