Rinaldi Auto Sales is honestly one of the best places around. Every time I go there, I’m treated like someone who actually matters. They’ll help just about anyone, no matter what kind of problem you’re having, and they always do solid, honest work.
I also had my ignition interlock device through them. Yeah, the price might feel a little on the higher side, but after seeing what the techs deal with, it’s fair. Honestly, the interlock companies these days are a bit of a scam — I’ve been wrongfully violated and charged more times than I can count — but Rinaldi and his guys always did everything they could to get me calibrated and back on the road.
They don’t take advantage of people and they actually care, which is rare these days. I trust them completely. These guys are ACES.”

They weren't pushy like other places and dident hover over me while I looked. Adam was awsome to deal with. Made the process easy and had the car ready for when I requested. They found a nail in it and they patched it did need an oil change took it for a test drive to hear the noise and I was going to a different garage for a long time and spending thousands of dollars I bought my own supplies from Auto Zone and I was able to get warranties on everything brought the parts to them bree I’m giving five stars to, and that garage for not ripping me off, because I am a woman and for being very reasonably priced”

More importantly, shortly after I purchased my vehicle from them, I had a serious problem with the rear axle. When I called to talk with the owner, he immediately offered to pay for a replacement axle, even though I had purchased the vehicle "as is." What I consider important is that he made his offer voluntarily before I ever raised the issue of compensation.”

They talked to me after hours when they saw I was looking at a car in their lot, and when I called about it and mentioned I needed to Uber over there to see it, they came and got me. They actually picked me up/dropped me off several times throughout the course of the day as we figured out the sale! Again, stayed late to complete paperwork etc. because they knew I did not have a car and was looking to get one quickly. Was very thankful to have found a car here!”
